1 /5 Adilene Salazar: I didnt have a good experience at this location because of a female employee. I believe her name is Esmeralda. Not only was she hitting on my boyfriend, she didnt once acknowledge me, and she grabbed his shoulder twice. She kept throwing sweaters in his face & telling him how good he looked. But, I have a boyfriend that loves & respects me, & kept turning to me to ask if I liked any of the sweaters; meanwhile this female kept trying to get his attention. She was very disrespectful.

1 /5 Sahara Jacobson: I bought a pair of buckle black jeans for the first time (usually I buy miss mes) and was not impressed. After wearing them for an hour they stretched out significantly, not to mention left my legs, shoes and hands very blue from the dye and ruined my shoes. I washed them hoping it was just a first time wear sorta problem but it wasnt. I went to the store to return them and was told I needed to wash them because they are "known to do that" when I informed them I did wash them and it didnt help. I was told they cant refund me my money because they were washed. But you just said thats what i needed to do to fix the issue? I was offered an exchange but after this experience and the quality of the jeans, Im good, I dont want any of your products I want my money back. EDIT: Cami at corporate office is THE BEST. Excellent customer service. She made things right and was extremely helpful!

1 /5 Huntly F: I didn’t feel welcome upon entering the store. It took me forever to get the attention of an associate. When I finally got an attention from an associate, their weren’t kind and rolled their eyes at me. Disappointed at the lack of patience the cashiers had for me when I had questions about the prices for different products. Definitely not coming back ever again. I would rather spend my money at different stores

1 /5 Brittany Renteria: Bought a pair of oakley sunglasses for my husband for fathers day, give them to them and the lense was super blurry, so we took them back and I was told I needed to wait for a manager... went a total of 4 different times before I caught the manager. The manager told me that they werent suppose to sell prescription sunglasses (then how were they sold to me) and I couldnt get my refund or exchange them... so Im out over $200 dollars and I have to go contact a support service. Im not happy and I wont be shopping here ever again!!!!
