3 /5 Deli Del: Customer service at the return counter is good but can they clean their fitting rooms. I walked in and said nope, walked out. The floors were bad I was not going to take my shoes off to try anything on. Do better!

1 /5 Darlene Stafford: My husband for Christmas had bought me a coverlet set which he thought was a comforter set mind you he paid almost $500 for this item I called in and let them know that I needed to come and return it so I could get something else this was a Christmas gift so I went into the store I was basically shot down said that I wasnt going to get the original price my husband paid and they would send me a gift receipt in the mail will never shop at Macys again
