1 /5 Debbie Mariscal: I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and was never disappointed till today .. I just needed a bigger shirt size for my husband and wanted to exchange it and the lady was not having it, she did nothing to even try to help me and if you shop here you know the clothes aint cheap very expensive so now I have a shirt that just gonna sit in my closet, they need to do something about exchange policy and returns again very expensive here . Thank you Rocio for not even trying to help !

1 /5 Lorissa Q.M: Trying on clothes and one of them was torn on the strap so someone tried to tie it to the plastic tag so it didn’t look broken. I told the store manager and she didn’t do anything but off a small measly %10 off a $38 dress that the quality felt like it was $3 wholesale I was charged twice when they’re iPad froze. I wasn’t reimbursed.

1 /5 Anayeli T: Bought three dresses from this place a couple days ago and two of them were ripped. Each dress was about 40$ so 80$ down the drain! Bad quality clothing, no returns on dresses.. you are better off buying clothing from shein

1 /5 Deylene Gonzales: It would be helpful if it was posted prior to buying something that they don’t do return (it’s on the receipt) Also the lady working was rude to put it nicely!
