1 /5 Charlie Doedens: If I could give this place no stars, I would. NOT ADA compliant. Owner of the store announced to the whole store that I was not allowed to come in with Dogs. I confirmed they are Service Dogs and not allowed to refuse me service. She continued to talk behind my back back to customers and only one staff member approached kindly inquiring about the regulations and differences between ESA, Pets & Service Dogs. The owner confirmed she has been sued because a dog bit someone in her store in the past and that is why she is refusing me. She told me it was rude to impose on her that I have service dogs. She also confirmed she would never turn anybody away in a wheel chair and that my service dogs had ZERO comparison and that she holds the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason. She even asked me why I had to bother coming to HER store and why couldnt I go somewhere else. The owner of this store clearly does not do due diligence on rights and responsibility of public access businesses and customer rights and responsibilities. I have never been so insulted going into a store in my life. I acknowledge that I am unusual in that I have three service dogs. Psychiatric Support, Gluten Detection and Autism Alert. All of which are ADA compliant.
