5 /5 Kerris Joy: Whenever I’m in the area I try to pop by the Seattle Premium Outlets…this time I needed a new winter jacket and Theory had just what I needed. Always stylish, I found the perfect piece for my wardrobe. Ontop of it all, I found a great present for my husband and when they didn’t have his size in stock their staff were there to help! Her name is Star, and she is amazing - she looked up the size, offered to ship it to my home in Texas and went out of her way to make me feel taken care of. She was personable and so patient. My experience was seamless and couldn’t have been better. Thank you Star, and Theory - you now have a loyal customer because of my recent experience

Normally at many retailers you are generally given horrible service because you are a phone customer but in this case I was given 1-1 outstanding service. I then called back to have the clothing item shipped to me and again I was provided above and beyond level of service. Can’t say enough!!!! Thank you

5 /5 Katherine Barth: I’m writing this review specifically about one (amazing!) employee named Kela, who works at this store. It’s worth a trip to the store just to chat with her alone. She’s warm, helpful and above all: kind! Kela helped me pull off what my boyfriend described as “the most thoughtful gift he’s ever received”. I can’t thank her enough! My boyfriend and I have an inside joke about a song we love where the artist mentions he bought he and his girlfriend gray Theory sweats (Pride by Kevin Gates). About 3 weeks away from Christmas, I called looking for just that - the catch was they had to be gray, matching top and bottoms and have sizes to fit my boyfriend and I. I called to ask what the store had and spoke with Kela, who was patient and helpful, especially with such a random and specific request. She ended up texting me a few pics of what they had in stock and we chatted back and forth about sizing. Kela helped me order all the items for both my boyfriend and I as well as helped apply additional discounts to the order which was awesome. I was torn between what size pant he’d need so she offered to even hold the other size at the store until I got everything. After a quick exchange for the right size everything arrived and was PERFECT! I couldn’t even wait until Christmas and after a few glasses of wine ended up giving my boyfriend the present early. He was so surprised and happy - it was truly one of the the best moments of our holidays this year! I’ve worked in retail for 10 years and can pretty easily recognize when someone is just providing mediocre service vs. raising the bar. Kela went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for her help! Like I said - if you visit the outlets, you must stop by and see her!
