Melissa Johnson I went in after having ankle surgery, so I’m having to use a leg stroller due to unable to bear any weight on my foot. The workers were very helpful and accommodating to my situation!! And with Independence Day coming up, I asked the male person (who was doing my nails), to be creative. Since I had no design in mind. And I was extremely impressed with his work!!

Veronica Blair The next day after a pedicure i had puss coming out the side of my big toe. The nail tech went to deep around my toe, and it felt like ripping a hang nail back. I brushed it off and let them finish and when I got home I immediately disinfected my toe and soaked it in epsom salt twice before bed, I woke up in the middle of the night to my toe throbbing from pain. I disinfected all day the next day and after one of my epsom salt soaks puss started coming out of a nick I found. Im very grossed out to think their tubs and tools arent sanitized properly. Ive never in my life had an infection on my feet, and I grew up running around barefoot on a farm..

Melanie Pyles I got a French manicure here last week. The staff were initially friendly. There were only a couple of clients in the shop when I arrived and they took me right in which was nice.
I paid them $60 including tip before leaving.
The problem started a couple of days later when the white tips began chipping off. I was on vacation out of state but returned exactly a week later to explain to them the problem and they fixed the 7
chipped fingernails. When I got up to leave, they told me it would be $30! I reminded them that the manicure was only a week old and chipped off. The owner told me I should have called the day they began to chip. Then she told me that the cost would be $20. I have never had my nails chip like this so soon after a manicure and because of their poor customer service, and not standing behind their service, I will not be returning . I ended up paying $80 for a sloppy manicure.
UPDATE:
The picture attached is 4 days AFTER they “fixed” the chipped nails the SECOND time.

Katie Padgett I shouldve listened to the reviews and gone elsewhere
Pros: The foot massage was okay. Service was quick. Lots of colors to choose from
Cons: they use a grater on your foot instead of a pumice stone, they rip off gel nail polish (not soak them or grind them off) and charge $5 for the "service" and do not tell you that it costs to get the gel removed (all other places Ive been to, it was included when getting a pedicure), $3 upcharge to use your card if you dont have cash, they were messy with the lotion and managed to get it on my shirt and my shoes and didnt offer anything to wipe it off, no assistance with getting socks and shoes after the pedicure and no help with the chair, the massage chair felt and sounded like it was on its last legs.
Overall, not a place I will be returning to

Sommer JOY Trude Not very friendly at all! Rough with your hands. I still tipped $15 and my nail broke off a week later. I wasnt familiar with the area. I was told to go to R&R but unfortunately the nails they fixed broke as well. If there is a place in chehalis that is better please let me know. Im front lacey and there are several great places that dont rush you. As a server, I love serving people. Its an honor! We need to be loving. Not cruel and i hope these ladies here can learn to be kind, or pick work behind a desk.
