5 /5 Brian Watkins: Love Zips. This one is perfect except they dont have self service sauces, which is something I got used to at other Zips restaurants. Other than that, perfect. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. I dont want to knock them down a star for having to request sauces like every other chain, but, really Zips. Be Zips. Put out the self service sauces.

5 /5 Natalie Karoses: I was driving home to Montana from Hermiston, OR and we stopped here for lunch. Staff was super nice and friendly, very helpful and kind. I missed Zips from my childhood (I used to live in an Idaho town that had one), and Im so glad we stopped there for lunch.

1 /5 Gregg Coburn: This place sucks. Wouldnt exchange my fries for the tater tots I ordered, wouldnt let me order a patty for my dog because they were too "Busy", and they had to reheat it in the microwave because it was cold. And while doing that they didnt put my condiments back in the bag before they handed me back my bags. It was the manager that said this. 10/10/25 @ 12:40pm
