Prestige Auto Service - Everett Aniket Prabhudessai: I had my car serviced by Ehsan/Ahsan at Prestige auto on November 8, 2023, and was assured that only new car parts would be used. However, months later, when I took my car to a different mechanic, they immediately told me that the part installed by Prestige auto was fake and from China-not even refurbished and I was promised a new part. There was no brand sticker, which would have indicated a genuine, refurbished part.
This was a complete misrepresentation and dishonest practice.
To make matters worse, Ahsan has been dodging my calls and refused to provide a receipt for the work he supposedly did, for the past 1 year. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, I was never given any documentation for the services I paid for. This is completely unprofessional and very shady.
I confirmed with the second mechanic multiple times that the part was fake and not refurbished. I am disappointed by the mechanics behavior, and I want to make sure others avoid this dishonest business. Not worth it. There are much better service providers who value honesty from the get go.
I highly recommend you stay away from this shop unless you want to deal with dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I have been very patient since I am aware he is a part of a tightly knit community and a review like this could cause pr damage to his business. However, Ahsan’s shady behavior coupled with his ignorance renders me helpless and has me concerned for others. Please be careful and always have your car rechecked if you have had gotten work done from this shop before. Highly recommend
