1 /5 Jenee Barlew: I was disappointed going to this place. I called earlier in the morning and asked if they had any appointments open for today or tomorrow, they told me they could get me in at 3pm same day, I thought great! Lucky me they had an opening. Told them wonderful and I’d see them there. Showed up at 2:50 and told them I was here for my appointment. They told me to take a seat. I then sat next to two other women- unsure if they were walk ins or appointments that were waiting. About 4 min after waiting another client walked in and stated she also was checking in for an appointment at 3pm. I thought that was odd, that they would schedule 2 3pm appointments when they only had 3 people working. She stated she had work at 4pm so asked since there was so many people waiting would they be able to get her done before then, I didn’t work today so I didn’t say anything about me having a scheduled appointment too and that I was there first, figured I’d let her go first and I’d wait a bit longer. They sat her at a nail station. I found it odd as well that they would except that many walk ins around that time knowing they had 2 appointments coming in. Or schedule that many appointments at the same time. I and the other 3pm appointments ended up walking out after waiting for 15 minutes. Never had this experience at a salon before and likely will not go back.
