5 /5 Lorelyn Mayr: Rachel did a full haircut for me today- from long to just above my shoulders and I love it. I’d never been to this salon before so I knew it was a big ask! She was professional, personable, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon is really nice, has a great atmosphere and plenty of parking. I’ll definitely go back. I highly recommend Rachel and the salon.

2 /5 Allison Yerby: Set a curly haircut for 5:30 pm, stylist text me to move it to 6:30 pm. Totally not a problem. I get there she does a 10 minute consult - we go over inspo pictures and how it would translate on my hair type, length, and what was included in service. She says this service was $125 included cut, wash, deep condition treatment w/ heat cap device (unsure of exact name), and pointers on how to care for curls. This is when she asked me when I’d be scheduling my appointment, which was my understanding I confirmed the appointment for same day… she said her scheduling app did not account for the time it would take to do the service, but would squeeze me in anyway. I should have taken this as a sign! Giving 2 stars because I do feel like she is knowledge about curly hair and was SO sweet. HOWEVER - the haircut looks… not great. I left there looking like Shirley Temple when the intended look was a long, dimensional, choppy, shag haircut. She did not include the deep condition treatment. The price paid vs service offered was disproportionate.

5 /5 Kalena Mina: I have been a client of Ashley Monaghan for nearly 8 years. She is an exceptional master colorist. Every time, without fail, she knows precisely how to color and cut my hair. Ive even referred a few friends to her. Ashley has an incredible eye for selecting the perfect color palette that complements your complexion. Moreover, she is an attentive listener, ensuring she understands your hair goals completely. I highly recommend her!!!

5 /5 S D: I swear I found Rachels incredible skills by the grace of God!! After visits to another salon left me with hair that was aggressively bleached and yet not very blonde, with a dark band of permanent color and a horrific tone that was somehow brassy, drab, and ashy at the same time I knew I needed help from a brave soul that could handle a color correction. Googling Color Corrections magically led me to Chroma Salon which is over an hour from where I live, but after checking out Rachels Instagram @RachelLundmanHair I knew I had the right person for the job. Ive had some disappointing hair over the last few years while hunting for my stylist and dont have to be disappointed anymore! The salon itself is lovely. Rachel was upfront and honest that it may take more than one appointment, gave me multiple options and a realistic price range that she stayed well within. She was kind and friendly while being very efficient and focused. She made me feel at ease and truly heard through the whole process. She combined multiple techniques to completely customize results and ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT. The skill she has developed is supported by a clear inner gift. The band is almost completely gone and the tone and placement of the blonde are perfection. She is a genuine soul that truly cares about making you feel good not only while youre there, but leaves you heading off into life feeling beautiful... inside and out. Absolutely recommmend. Absolutely would go back.
