She always does an amazing job and double checks to make sure we are on the same page before she starts, and also checks in with me during the process! I typically get alternative style hair and she is the best and does exactly what I want every time. She’s even done crazy colors and shaved designs when I had my head shaved, which was super fun and I received tons of compliments! I’m so happy she now owns her own salon and I can support another small business!

They grip the hair too tight and unfortunately I was unable to even let them know because from the moment they touched my head to the last min they were on the phone back to back. The phone calls aren’t even the problem, it’s the lack of attention for them to realize they are hurting you and the spits. After my first experience, I chose to ignore everything but this second time the pain had me on the edge of that chair.
