1 /5 Sarah Pittman: This was my third time coming to Sue. The first time I got highlights and a cut, turned out perfectly. The second time, got just a cut and also it was great. This time, I wanted an all over color which is what I asked for, and she ended up just doing really chunky highlights and totally RUINED my very delicate, baby fine, blonde hair after she tried to do a correction and added in more highlights to cover up the patchiness, then did a toner at my request because of how yellow the color had turned out. She over toned me, and I left with bald patches, purple hair, and my hair is fried. I got my money back, left in tears, and I have to now try to find someone else who can maybe fix it. Ive been wearing hats every since after she was charging $250 for that hack job of a coloring. Literally, the worst thing thats happened to my hair in 42 years. Im devastated.

Hellen Mabiriizi: If you’re tender headed this is not the place for you. I have had the same experience with 2 different braiders in the same place. They grip the hair too tight and unfortunately I was unable to even let them know because from the moment they touched my head to the last min they were on the phone back to back. The phone calls aren’t even the problem, it’s the lack of attention for them to realize they are hurting you and the spits. After my first experience, I chose to ignore everything but this second time the pain had me on the edge of that chair.

I seriously feel like its a little vacation from life when I go in for a cut or color.

Got home and let her shower, blow dried her hair and it was cut so choppy. I didnt expecting much given she has somewhat thick and wavy hair, but one side was way shorter and there were so many long strands I dont understand how those were missed.

Heather Taylor: Updated review: The salon move to a new location, and the only big issue I see with that is that theres only stairs to get up to the top floor. We went in a few weeks ago and my daughter got her bangs cut by an older lady, and it took her a little bit to make them even and then they were just too short, I didnt say anything because I just didnt want to speak up, but even my husband was disappointed when we got home. They grew out a little bit and now they look better, but the next time we go, we will likely find a different Salon or we will make sure that we have a different stylist The ladies here are so nice!! My daughter got the full treatment haircut! She felt so special and the stylist did an awesome job!! Super affordable which surprised me as well.
