1 /5 Mari Barragan: Chosen as always did a great job, she is the only reason we come to this salon. My son has recommended her to everyone he knows. He and his friends would follow her to whatever salon she is at. This last time, we needed a perm/cut on a specific day that didnt interfere with vacations and school, she connected us with Fabi who was able to take care of us on that specific day. Chosen is such a positive person, and you can tell she cares about her clients thats probably why she has so many. 5 Stars for Chosen
Fabi did an amazing job. This was the first time getting a perm with her and he was very pleased. She took the time to explain everything to him. 5 stars for Fabi
Yesterday was not the best experience we had at the salon. A woman in one of the rooms was cursing and berating Chosen in front of all the clients there. She apparently thought that Chosen was talking about her, but she wasnt, she was talking about salon set ups at this and other salons.
Despite Chosen repeatedly trying to tell her to calm her down, and remind her that her attitude was unprofessional, the woman continued to harass her. Chosen did her best to mellow the situation, but the woman was out for blood. I can vouch for Chosen that she did nothing wrong, I was there and saw the whole thing. Not only were there kids in the salon, like chosen said they could have talked after. Chosen tried to play it off and apologized repletely to the clients although it wasnt her fault; the other woman kept on yelling and not once apologized for her behavior. The owner should let that woman go she clearly doesnt care about the reputation the salon gets. Chosen is the reason we came here; she is the reason we stayed and if the day comes when she isnt here that will be there reason we go. 1 Star for that awful woman
