She excels at personalized service and listens closely what her clients want at each and every visit. Although she is a color expert, she gives a darn good hair cut too! I also find her very affordable compared with other local salons. I have two friends who also visit Chelsea and both feel the same way I do. You wont be disappointed if book with her.
