Dr. Dorsch was nice, answered all my questions, and made sure to accommodate my sensitive teeth. My dental hygienist was wonderful. He was very kind, took lots of care to make sure I was comfortable, and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend this dental office!

I didn’t feel like I was having products pushed on me, they really care about your dental health and want the best outcome for their patients. I’m glad to find a dentist I will be seeing for years and that I will bring my kids too! 10/10 would recommend.

His staff is friendly and is always eager to accommodate. His hygienist is extremely thorough and is very friendly. Dorsch Family Dental is, and always has been, a great dental office!!!

1 /5 David Townsend: Wouldnt recommend. They are more than happy about telling you over and over about their no show fees and want you to sign something saying you agree. However, they feel free to cancel and repeatedly reschedule your appointments at whim. Last time I went here, they rescheduled my appointment for their convenience and then the dentist wasnt there and I had to wait 45 min for him to show. Dont get me started on their billing. They fail to bill insurance and then send you repeated late payment notices. Their answer "our system just does that". No accountability at this practice.

Tiana&Ward Boyd: I changed my dentist because my previous one stopped accepting my insurance, so we contacted Piper Family Dentistry and were told that they were preferred providers for GEHA. During my visit, they asked if they could take x-rays. I agreed, provided that the x-rays were covered by my insurance. I also mentioned that I chose their office because I liked the hygienist they had. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the hygienist was no longer there. My technician assured me that the x-rays were covered, but I later found out they were not, and now I have to pay more. The dentist was nice, but I will not do business with a company that misrepresents itself. They will bill the insurance, but they are NOT preferred providers, and regardless of what they tell you upfront, they will charge you. I find this office unethical and not forthcoming. They waited until I was in the office to inform me that the hygienist no longer worked there and then changed what was covered once I received the bill. The second star is only because the dentist was pleasant.
