4 /5 Amber Bargelt: My only complaint is how long the wait times are. In total, I was there for 4.5 hours and I had already submitted my application online the day before. But everyone in that office is incredibly nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. It feels like the staff honestly enjoy the work they do! And the screen in the waiting area is very helpful to gauge where you are in line and how much longer youll be waiting. They only do walk-in interviews before 2pm, and I believe this is because of the long wait times.
