These folks really do try to meet and exceed the same sorts of expectations I felt we all tried to meet or exceed in the Navy which were rooted in the premise that, whatever it is, we "leave it better than we found it." Add to that philosophy a general approach of compassion, curiosity, persistence and kindness and you get a wonderful mix I wish all Skagitonians could feel in all pursuits of better health for themselves. I do not typically write reviews or post publicly and I want to share this mostly because people doing superb work are not always seen for their hard work because they are also people who push boundaries and tend to establish new standards in doing so. Some folks dont like it when standards change because they have to up their game. I am VERY fortunate to benefit directly from the VAs overall Continuous Improvement Measures and I am EXTREMELY PROUD to have SUCH PROFESSIONALS providing this five-star service direct to our communitys veterans and THANK YOU MVCBOC for not stopping at getting the job done, but for pushing to show us all what quality healthcare COULD be. Proliance Surgeons Skagit Northwest Orthopedics - Mount Vernon Cathy Gonzalez: Dr. Bullock is a knowledgeable, caring doctor who treats me with respect and kindness. She reviewed images of my problem area and fully explained what I was looking at as well as treatment options and likely outcomes should I decide to pursue them. Id also like to say that her support personnel are equally kind and helpful. So happy to have chosen this practice for my care!
Leidos QTC Health Services - Mount Vernon Bryan Smith: All these shared experiences from Vets that have gone here throughout the years, extremely displeased with their encounter the Dr Oliver. Your repeated response is that you’ll take it into account and open an investigation. And yet, this man is still the examiner there, or at least he was when I went through in March. What does it take for your company to actually do something about it? I’ve had multiple exams with the same physician, so yielding results in my favor, some not. My experiences with other C&P exam contractors have been a much more pleasant experiences, and better outcomes because of the time, care, sincerity and effort the examiners from those contractors have put into the evaluations.

My Mom ,s Doctor She is attentive, listening carefully to any issues that I have and remembering to follow up in future appointments. She is thorough, making sure My Mom is always up to date on necessary vaccinations or yearly visits to other doctors. I feel comfortable with her .sharing any health concerns she may have. She is compassionate and kind.

From the time you walk in, the receptionists and medical professionals are very friendly and welcoming. Check in process is easy and the wait time is minimal. Alina is an amazing provider who is knowledgeable and thorough in her exams. She has many times pinpointed, figured out and resolved issues that we had. Alina truly listens. My kids and I feel genuinely cared for and would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Pet Emergency Center - Skagit Valley - Mount Vernon Gracy Shank: So thankful they got my dog in quickly even at 10pm and helped her as I thought she was going to die. The staff was super sweet, the price was totally fair for an over night stay. We thank you! Blu girl is doing so much better.

I want people to know how great you all are. I am once again, completely impressed with yet another member of their team. Not being able to see my PCM, I was scheduled with Dr. Robertson. Not only did her MA speak about her with high regard, the young lady who scheduled the appointment shared a similar opinion saying she had heard nothing but high praise of Dr. Robertson. This put me at ease and once she walked in the door, I was impressed. She was professional, empathetic, exceptional listening skills and took the time to peruse my history and help me understand my current situation. With her previous practice being an OB/GYN, I felt even more blessed that I had her experience to help me, with my current situation. I am very impressed with her. Once again, Skagit Regional, you got yet another incredible addition to your team, to take care of us. If you are looking at reviews because you need a good doctor, Skagit has some very impressive ones and Dr. Robertson is one of them. Thank you for bringing on board, someone as good as she is, with your patients.
Skagit Regional Clinics - Riverbend Urgent Care - Mount Vernon Jim Rabenstein: As with other urgent care facilities I expected to be there a while so I brought along my iPad to pass the time. I barely got it turned on and was called back. The nurse was very friendly and did a great job listening to me and taking my vitals. The doctor came in shortly after and asked me a few questions about my upper respiratory issues and listened to my lungs. He sent me back for a few chest X-ray’s (just down the hall). The x-ray technician was very friendly and efficient. When we were done she took me back to my room and a short time later the doctor was back with a diagnosis and ready to send prescriptions to my local pharmacy. The entire visit only took about half an hour. The entire staff, from check in to departure was very friendly and professional. Excellent service and quality care.

It isn’t often you find a doctor you feel cares so deeply, and listens to every word you say. She came up with a great path forward and it was a good experience overall.
