Debbie Currier: Dr Mark. Always a pleasure. She listens to you. Good Doctor. Front desk people could be a little friendlier. They definitely need more help up front with phones. Etc. Experience trying to call in is awful. The phones are always busy or youre on hold for a while they need more people up front to handle their volume of calls. Lab person could be a little more social and up beat.
Dayanara Zuniga: I am thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and efficiency provided by the front office. From the moment I walked in, the girls were welcoming and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere. They handled my needs with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
Ana Gomez: My mom had two different appointments here canceled. Today we went as they told her on the 14th it would be scheduled for today. We show up only to be told “there is nothing scheduled for her today”. Are you kidding me? We are not from Yakima and had to drive 45min to get here. They didn’t bother helping us only telling us “maybe April or may if we have space we can schedule you but we have nothing scheduled for you nor do we have any notes the other one was cancelled” never coming back here. Talk about unorganized and not helpful at all. Going to call our doctor and see if they can find us someone else instead in Richland.
Kendra L. John: I was checked in right away, but after I got into the room and had my vitals taken, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait for the doctor. However, when she arrived, she exceeded my expectations. I had several questions, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even drawing it out on paper for my notes. Dr. Kaushal made me feel heard and relieved when I left the clinic. Thank you, Lincoln YVFW.
Kailyn Kyle: Booked an appointment with the obgyn office and was told at the time of the appointment that I couldn’t be seen because I needed another appointment that I was not informed about. Incredibly ridiculous that a doctor’s office wouldn’t take the time to schedule a patient correctly or inform them of important information regarding their appointment in a timely manner. I was brushed off by the staff and it made me feel that my healthcare is unimportant to them.
James K: I had a great experience during my surgery and stay here. All staff are professional, experienced, friendly. Dr. Zhuge and his surgical team were great. When I woke up from anesthesia, nurse Lesley Fritz sped up my recovery with her professional, competent, and friendly work ethic.
