Eunbin Choi: I found Dr. Bolles as my last hope, and Im so glad I did. During my first consultation, he explained everything to me clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He even drew a diagram of teeth on a piece of paper to illustrate what was going on-very nice drawing, by the way! Im relieved that theres a chance to save my tooth, or at least thats what were going to try. Other dentists told me it needed to be pulled. Angie was also very professional and kind. She took the time to understand what had happened to my teeth and showed sympathy for everything lve been through. She made me feel welcome and never rushed me, taking her time to assess my situation and take X-rays. Thank you, Angie! I honestly cant remember the last time I walked out of a dental office with a smile. I look forward to the treatment coming up soon.

Connolly Home: I believe that Dr. Iasella is highly skilled and does very good work but dealing with their business/billing office was very frustrating. There was a decided lack of follow through when I requested assistance in helping me deal with insurance coverage. Furthermore, I was scheduled for 2 additional procedures but cancelled as the doctor was unwilling to perform those procedures (sinus augmentation and implant) on separate visits. I requested this accommodation so that my insurance would cover both procedures. I easily found another oral surgeon who was happy to do so. Jerry C.
