4 /5 Jennifer Ghan: Medical Lake Veterinary has time and time again been worth their weight in gold for our household animals (cats, dogs) and livestock (mini cows, mini goats). They are quick to return estimates and generally have an open schedule for last minute appointments. I appreciate their willingness to do additional research on treatment methods before being quick to diagnose and send you on your way. For the most part, we have found the prices of their services, specifically for livestock, some of the most reasonable in the area. Our only point of improvement would be timeliness on appointment start times. There has been a few times where we have waited 45+ minutes beyond the appointment time, which when you’re dealing with livestock it can be a bit trying. We are thankful to have such a great vet in the West Plains area that treats all the animals we have. We recommend all of our friends and family to them.

1 /5 conner beck: I have been going here for over a year, I recently took my dog in because he was sick. The vet said he needed an enema, once I picked him up, I arrived home 10 minutes later. He was pooping blood continuously, I called back and was placed on hold why the receptionist talked to a vet, they asked about the stool and I answered. The receptionist then told me the can’t help and to go somewhere else. This clinic has to be one of the worst. Refusing care 20 minutes ( 10 min drive home 10 min on hold) after I picked up my dog. After spending 8 hours at an animal hospital my dog has a completely different diagnosis as well as damage from the enema the vet had provided. Will not go back and recommend anywhere else.

5 /5 Tami White: They are amazing. The doctors are so nice and welcoming. Ive had 2 situations where we needed to be seen asap and it wasnt an issue. Same day appointments. Theyre very personable. Love the animals and treat the humans with compassion too. I actually switched from the vet I love to medical lake because theyre closer and theyre just as wonderful. So happy I found them in my hour of need and they were there for us.
