Skagit Dental Design - Burlington Linda Panattoni: I have been to 7 offices seeing about implants/dentures. Yes I was shocked by price. No one took Dental insurance. Today I went to see Dr. BUTTA. I AM SO Happy I did. Not only does he take my insurance, he was the first Dr. to be honest with me. All the others wanted to pull all my teeth in my mouth, I have a few implants as it is, I was told by all the other DR. They didnt use the type I had in my mouth so those had to go too. DR.BUTTA was sending to find out what implants I had so I could keep them. He also
Told me I had teeth that needed fillings and did not have to be pulled. Best part instead of a get it done in one day treatment plan, my treatment plan was broken down, it used my existing insurance so I knew what my out of pocket cost would be, and I didnt have to have it done all at once. What a relief, AN HONEST CARING DENTIST AND STAFF. Maria his front desk, assistant, etc was so wonderful and polite. After prior experience with other offices, Dr. BUTTA AND STAFF gave me hope. Where as for me I was enjoying picking on him and the girls in the office.

Health & Healing Dentistry - Mount Vernon Courtney Klop: As someone with severe dental trauma from childhood, I bring a lot of anxiety and distrust of mainstream dentistry to every visit. I originally went to this office to have mercury amalgam removed, which went smoothly. After nearly eight years of avoiding the dentist (yes, I know!), I had a lot to catch up on.
The services can be pricey, but they offer discounts and are flexible with payment plans, which I appreciated.
The office went through a rough patch when the main dentist, Dr. Carroll, left without notice, and it affected scheduling, making things feel disorganized for a while. I even had an issue with their billing system, which I had to resolve with extra steps—frustrating but manageable.
Thankfully, things have settled down, and they now have a fantastic new hygienist, Orleana. I recently needed two deep cleanings, and Orleana made all the difference! She was patient, kind, and deeply understanding of my dental trauma. She offered options like explaining every step, allowing me to listen to my own music, and guiding me through breathing exercises. For the first time, I felt truly relaxed and supported during a dental appointment.
While it’s been a mixed experience overall, I’d recommend this office, especially for the cleaning process with Orleana—she’s funny, compassionate, and her approach is a true gift for anyone who struggles with dental visits.
Sunrise Dental Mount Vernon - Mount Vernon Pnwtails _: This is probably the worst dentist I have ever had the displeasure of being a patient at. I will start my review by saying that their phone systems are a nightmare. They always seem to be having troubles and there’s always some sort of excuse as to why they couldn’t reach you. You can barely get ahold of them. The prices at this office are ludicrously expensive. The dentist himself needs to learn a little humility and humanity. Every time I come in, it leaves me feeling more uneasy than anything. The worst of it is the filling they did on a tooth of mine. It was a rather large filling to begin with but he ended up doing it wrong. They ended up leaving decay in the tooth that has inevitably caused the tooth to rot from within. I refuse to come back into this office and have them fix it. I am now having to fly to and from Nevada to see my old dentist while I search for a better, more trustworthy dentist in the Mount Vernon region. It is wasting so much of my time and it takes forever to get there. This never would have been an issue if the dentist had done the job right the first time. I will never trust Sunrise Dental again.
Roosevelt Dental Center of Skagit County - Mount Vernon Raymond Ulrich: Ive been bringing my teeth here for something like 8 or 9 years now. A terrific group of professionals from the front desk to the dentist and everyone in between. I like how everyone knows me and is so friendly even though I just visit every six months or so.
Sea Mar Mt. Vernon Dental Clinic - Mount Vernon Rebecca Chung: Really nice girls at the front desk- really helpful. I had an emergency with my tooth and the assistant and dentist helped me the entire time with kindness and care. I would recommend no problem. Amazing people and clinic.

Dr.Dehghan gives you options on what to do with your dental issues and makes you feel very comfortable on the dental chair. He’s performed the best work I’ve ever had done on my teeth .All Smilez Dentistry has the fairest prices for the level of service they provide and the quality work they do.
Burlington Family Dentistry - Burlington Parm Singh: My hygienist Beth was super nice, very thorough, pleasant and patient. She took her time to explain the process and checked in to see how I was doing many times. I appreciated her care and she is amazing!
