They are all so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and Remy never hesitates to bounce thru the front door to see his “peeps.” Highly recommend this clinic. All the vets and staff are great!

5 /5 Chantell Winch: Been going here for my cats for a quite a long time since we got our first cat an he is turning 10, and our youngest is1.5 years, the tests are expensive but its pretty average everywhere else. I love our vet Brooke, and she is treating my cat for asthma and has even offered ways for us to obtain his medication cheaper . I dont plan on changing anytime soon.

We’ve have our 2 1/2 year old doodle with them since she was a puppy and we have always loved the way they care for her and the convenience they offer in terms of drop off and pick up times! I’ve had two healthy happy doodles and I thank Salmon Creek Vet! We would have never left but we had to move out of state. Take your pup here! Trust me! They will love him or her as much as you do!

1 /5 Jesse Haggart: We’ve been taking Marley here for over 10 years. The service is atrocious, price gouging is the standard now. They prescribed medication for Marley 3 years ago for a condition that can only be treated with this medication, but now withhold it unless we bring her in for unnecessary exams, labs, and tests. Asked them repeatedly to fill the medication but they outright refused and showed zero empathy for our dog.

Han Nguyen: rude doctor, didn’t even introduce herself when she came into the room. said “read your chart we need a urine sample” then didn’t believe me when i said i have anxiety and a shy bladder so my body will not let me urinate in public places. just said “drink more water you’ll have to go eventually” and wouldn’t let me leave until i started crying. only them did she let me take a urine sample at home. low and behold i could pee at home. the PAs were super sweet and understanding though. that is why there are 2 stars and not just 1

Austin gamer99: My mom was in extreme pain, a 10/10 on the pain scale, enough so that she was taken to this hospital in an ambulance. The ride was bumpy but they were nice to her in the ambulance. The security staff were extremely nice and respectful. The lady at the front desk of the emergency area was short with me but not quite rude, I had to be quite persuasive so she could get the help she needs as she was crying and shaking on the floor. Also to note was that several of the wheel chairs were falling apart. Although once we finally saw a doctor he was supper nice and straight forward when explaining the issue and prescribed the best medication he could offer. She had also been here waiting for several hours till 1am a few days prior but due to the painful IV that started to hurt more than her current pain she got up and left. Without me there she was ignored and swept under the rug. I highly respect doctors and I know nothing when it comes to this subject and yes some people were nice but the wait was ridiculous, I can not recommend this hospital in any way shape or form.

She listened to my questions and answered them understandably. Set me up with appointment information. I understood my next steps clearly. Dr He was great.

Pretty Kitty Slime: I can’t thank Dr. Jessica Powers enough for squeezing my Labrador Ruger in for emergency surgery after he became critically injured while I was out of town. His situation was scary navigating from out of town. Dr. Powers saved me stress and money by making room for him, which saved me from the emergency room vet cost, which was quoted over double. I have such gratitude for Dr. Powers and her team. My kids and I are absolutely thankful that our Ruger is making a full recovery. I SERIOUSLY am in awe of Dr. Powers kindness. It is sincerely hard to find these days! I recommend this vet 100%. Thank you, Stacie

Isabelle Zehnder: I dont leave many reviews. However, my recent experience with Cowlitz Animal Clinic was awful and people should know their practices. We have taken our cat to them since he was a baby (hes now 8 years old). There were originally three vets, two left and now theres only one. This happened a few years ago. We called to make an appointment for a well check and shots and were told that since we had not taken him regularly he was no longer their patient. I pleaded with them and explained that no one had called or written to let us know canceling him was a possibility. Ive never heard of such a thing and we are very disappointed. The woman I spoke to became rude when she knew I was upset and hung up on me. Just beware if you take your pet there that you know their policies.

Lonnie DelVillar: A crown that I had placed a few years back by a different provider came loose and finally off a few weeks ago. I had gone to another local dental provider earlier in the day and was shocked by the estimate they gave me to replaced the crown. I called Confluence dental and told them what had happened and that I was concerned about the price since it appeared that all the under build-up was intact. The office manager said I could make an appointment or since I was still in town, I could swing by as Dr. Chen had some time in his schedule. So, I did stop in to the office, he took a quick look and his office is currently working out a detailed estimate and contacting my insurance for a pre-approval. Dr. Chen says I got lucky and that it does not appear that I need the build-up which may save me some money. I appreciate Cobfluence Dental for their professionalism and availability to help me with this somewhat urgent dental problem. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff.

A.p. Gerspach: When making an appointment several months ago, I specifically asked for a cleaning. This wasn’t the case upon checking in. Patients need to be told that an exam is done first then at a MUCH later date and after calling every day to get in I can get a cleaning. *Update and Star added* So they were able to get me in early tomorrow for a cleaning. Not very convenient time as I work nights. But I have to take it or I won’t get in for a while.
