He clearly and patiently explains treatment options, and he is very good at advising on guidelines for taking medicines. He offers excellent alternatives to antibiotics when appropriate. I love the fact that he gets straight to the point. No inane chit chat. I would very highly recommend him as a primary care physician for any of my family members and friends.

His explanations are clear, and calming. He makes me feel I am a partner in these considerations for my treatment. I also never feel rushed with his visits, he takes the time with me as required to make sure I understand his treatment goals.

At first I wasnt sure I would like him, but Ive found him to be a very good person, a doctor who is willing to talk to me about my concerns, and will take the time to explain what is going on with my body. He is very caring and that is so important to me.

CHAS Cheney Medical Clinic - Cheney

ashshea86: Made an appointment as a new patient, it was a 3-month wait. They called me during work hours the day before to try to reschedule. However in their message they didnt say that they were canceling the appointment or needed to reschedule. When arrived I told them they should have informed me about that in the message. So I would have not waste my time coming to the facility. I was told there are certain things they cant say on a message due to laws. Thats a cop out.No different than sending a text appointment confirmation and has been done in the past when other providers cancelled with me. Was given a telehealth appointment. The doctor seemed like it was a waste of his time to be doing a video visit for a new patient. The only complaint I had was of an ear infection previously that didnt clear all the way up and pain beginning again . he told me to go back to my specialist. My specialist who by the way decided that I dont need any immediate appointments, doesnt get you in quickly and cost a whole lot of money to go to just to get some antibiotics...... unhelpful overall. Bad communication. Too long of a wait for the service. All around a bad experience when I was hoping to switch somewhere closer to home. Worth the drive to Spokane to stick with a different group. This is the first "low income" facility that actually made me feel low income and unimportant.

The attentiveness, empathy and compassion they give is something you don’t find with most medical professionals these days. Miguel takes the time to hear his patients concerns, doesn’t rush and is fully engaged in conversations. I think every medical professional can learn from his techniques. Miguel and Amanda are a breath of fresh air and my anxiety during doctor appointments is nonexistent when I know I’m seeing them. Because of Miguel, I recommend Chas as the best medical clinic in Spokane.

They are more expensive than other vets Ive been to but their service and care makes everything worth it. Ive never had a vet take preventative healthcare during annual visits seriously (optional blood panels and blood pressure) and it gives great peace of mind. They are also transparent in their treatment plans and invoices. Ive recommended Latah Creek Animal Hospital to everyone I know and now my whole family goes there.

From the moment we walked in, panicked, with our puppy who was feeling unwell to the moment he was discharged we were treated with respect and professionalism. My insurance has changed, and the clinic is no longer in network, but we continue to go to Kids Clinic because we feel the quality of care is above and beyond and that means more to us that our kids have great care by people who genuinely care.

Brooke Haley: If I could give 10 starts I would. I have never experienced a more thorough and genuine doctors appointment in my life. Dr. Briscoe is truly there to help you understand and get to the bottom of any issues you are having, no matter the time limit on your appointment. Given this, be prepped for longer wait times from you appointment start time, but I promise it is 10000% worth it. She isn’t trying to rush you in or out. She gives her undivided attention. I also appreciate that she offers multi options to treatment. Rather than just slap medication on the issue, she is vested in getting to the root cause of you are. I drove almost an hour to see her for my first appointment and will continue to do so given how amazing her and the staff are. Truly top notch!
