Her ability to put patients at ease during appointments with friendly conversation is remarkable. Beyond the excellent dental care, the entire team creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We even experienced a truly exceptional act of kindness from Dr. Phams husband, who thoughtfully gifted us diapers during my wifes pregnancy. The receptionists are also always a pleasure to interact with.

5 /5 Cheryl Rule: Nice work done by the Dentist! Today, I had a previous filling replaced on the outside of my teeth that was so much better than the original. Dentist really cares. All the staff is very friendly and cheerful. They will text reminders and respond promptly.

King Juppo: List of full complaints. 1. I asked them in person to cancel and appointment and then they charged for me cancelation fees and claim they have no record of it. 2. I went in for my scheduled cleaning and they decided i was getting a cavity filled instead 3. When they did my cavity they made me uncomfortable and craned my neck the whole time instead of adjusting meaning i oeft with neck and shoulder pain. 4. They don’t have any understanding of insurance and refer you to places that don’t accept it. Charging me for a cancellation was really the last straw when i told them in advanced to cancel it. They are clearly careless and crooks. I hope their pittance of a charge is worth all future business from my family.

Twysted Cyster: I lost a big filling on Christmas day. They were able to get me in, as a new patient, on the 27th. I have PTSD from terrible experiences with past dentists. Dr. Groom was so very understanding with me and patient. He listened when I told him how anxious I was and did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible. He gave me my options for taking care of my tooth and didnt try to talk me into the most expensive one. That shows me that he wants to do what is best for his patients not just make money. I made it through this appointment without crying (thats huge for me) and I even scheduled a cleaning. The fact that Im going back is a big deal. Thank you all so much for making this as easy as possible for me.
