5 /5 Heather Carter: I stopped by for a pedicure without an appointment and was able to get right in. The staff were all very sweet and attentive. they have an impressive selection of gel nail colors, which was great. My feet havent looked this great in months! I will definitely return again.

1 /5 Anise Stitnizky: Walked in picked out my color purse was in the chair was told to let my water out and had to wait and hour, due to others coming in with a “appt” but why seat me if you knew you had appointments! This was all in a 5 min time frame! Stated I took to long picking colors, when he told me to take my time, but what was the difference of 5 mins, would you have stopped in the middle of my service, knowing you had appointments. He never was transparent about incoming appointments and wasted my time. Really bad customer service. Colors are old and separated, with poor selection.

1 /5 Mo Riah: When someone walks in after you, they suddenly rush their work and then expect you to pay to correct it. Looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Spoke up and said how awful and messy these were, and they sent the same nail tech back to "correct" it.. Definitely wont be coming back. Save yourself a headache and money and go somewhere else...

2 /5 melody kiernan: They took me and my friend in as walk ins with no wait wich was cool but it seemed like they didnt know what shape was what unless you had a picture and one of my points fell off on the 1st freaking day they also grinded my cuticles to were they bled after so yeah definitely not going back. I gave a 2 star because the guy who did my nails at least knew more than the lady doing my friends nails cause she messed up bad they are so crooked.

After 2 disappointing nail jobs in the Lacey and Tacoma area, I suddenly remembered Tommys. So much time passed but they remembered me as if no time passed at all. Tommy redeemed my struggling nails. I couldnt be more happy. I will make the 20 mile trek every two weeks. Beside my nails being gorgeous, they do not overcharge and they are good to their customers. Thanks Tommy & Kim for being so awesome.

Brittnie Philpot: I was getting my gel removed from my toes via drill and it was too high. I asked them to turn it down because it was uncomfortable and they said ok and ignored me. Once I told them that it was getting painful and hot they fussed about it being slower and kept going on about how slow it was now. I told them I’d rather it take longer than hurt and they got more upset. Ended up walking out and not even finishing because im not paying to be in unnecessary pain. Pic for proof.

S L: I went here on a whim, hoping to find a better nail salon than the one up the street. Good friendly service from the older lady but not the pedicure service I usually receive from other nail salons. Color choice not so broad, gel manicure not good like the others either. I wouldn’t recommend if you expect the full pedicure service, color choice and the look of gel polish. 5bucks cheaper but I think She caters more to the older generation.

Carissa Lawrence: Felt extremely rushed not professional. My nails looks horrible :( I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. High prices for the quality that you are getting. We even complained at the end and the manager just shrugged her arms. My nails are already chipping and they look bumpy. My nail polish was still stuck to my skin at the end. Will Never go here again.. If you guys are looking in the area for a nail salon just go around the building there is another nail salon on the other side, I had a much better experience there. Oh and for Covid happening it was very unsanitary. :( very disappointing....

Luna: If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are considering going here please read this first. This was easily one of the worst, overpriced nail services I have ever had. I went in with nothing on my nails and asked for overlay with gel. I didnt consider taking a picture, but I should have so you can see how badly they were done. She absolutely butchered my nails. She rushed the entire time, mind you, they werent busy, I was the only one there. There was no shape, just the overlay clumped onto my skin and nails. The gel color was TERRIBLE. All over my skin and not painted on half of the nails. She still had the audacity to charge me $60. I just went to CK Nails to have them fix the hack job this lady did. They were shocked by how bad it was and asked me if I had tried to do them myself. They were so bad the lady who fixed them didnt even charge me for removal of the old overlay. Please please please do not go here! Dont waste your money. CK Nails is 5 minutes away and they do a phenomenal job every time.

It was my first time going there so i was extremely nervous but their extensive website and welcoming shop eased my nerves. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Talia Parrish: I was so excited to take my mom out for a girls day, I thought Kayla’s was the perfect place to go as I’ve been a costumer in the past, and never had an issue in quality. Well, I was very wrong. Our 3 pm appointment started 30 minutes late, and my moms nails turned out messy, splotchy, and poorly filed. The technicians insensitivity about my skin picking disorder in front of others was embarrassing. For $120, the service was far below expectations. Formerly a fan of Kaylas Nails, the decline in quality is disheartening. A frustrating two hours in the salon resulted in nails I now have to redo myself. Highly disappointed with the overall service and outcome. Additionally, despite my mother expressing concerns about the quality and imperfections multiple times, the nail technician continued with the subpar job not even attempting to fix the issues my mother pointed out to her. Its disheartening that they allowed my mom to leave with nails that were far from satisfactory, showing no remorse for the low-quality service. Excusing the messiness by blaming the dip powder used is unacceptable; investing in better-quality products should be a priority for a reputable salon. The overall experience left much to be desired, and the lack of accountability from the salon is disappointing. I will not be returning.
