2 /5 Marlissa Bonete: They do good work and I like the atmosphere bc it is usually pretty quiet so I tip well when I go there. However, my biggest problem with them is that their practices are less than desirable. While its important to provide good service in a businesses performance, I think its just as important to have moral character and integrity. Unfortunately, they do not. I recently visit their shoppe. I always get the same color on my nails so I told them the number of the color and asked them for the book to confirm bc theyve put the wrong color on me before. The color is a gel with top and polish. I saw that the color was purple looking but very close to the color I usually get so I told the lady to bring the book the book did not match the color so I pointed out the color although it said the same number. So I didnt argue w her but after she put it on when I got in the sunlight I was correct. It was not my usual color but very close except for the purple twinge. Im assuming they were all out of the right color and substituted it with the number label. I was not very happy afterwards but didnt complain. But this is the 2nd time, this has happened. *Also the workers uniforms are never clean no matter what time you go into the shop, so I have to now question their equipment sanitation and tools as well. I figured if they dont take the time to clean their uniforms, then it is highly likely that they are either not properly cleaning those or simply skipping that part to make the money faster. Im going to likely find a new place to go bc Id rather pay and tip service workers who care about their clients more than making money. Health, sanitation practices, and integrity are very critical to caring for yourself as well as your clients for a very successful business.
