Rebecca Amazing acrylic fill and French tip. Equipment was clean, my cuticles didn’t get nicked once, service was friendly, and over all quick. I don’t like getting manicures but I do like having a pretty nails. I could not be happier with my experience here.

Marlissa Bonete They do good work and I like the atmosphere bc it is usually pretty quiet so I tip well when I go there. However, my biggest problem with them is that their practices are less than desirable. While its important to provide good service in a businesses performance, I think its just as important to have moral character and integrity. Unfortunately, they do not. I recently visit their shoppe. I always get the same color on my nails so I told them the number of the color and asked them for the book to confirm bc theyve put the wrong color on me before. The color is a gel with top and polish. I saw that the color was purple looking but very close to the color I usually get so I told the lady to bring the book the book did not match the color so I pointed out the color although it said the same number. So I didnt argue w her but after she put it on when I got in the sunlight I was correct. It was not my usual color but very close except for the purple twinge. Im assuming they were all out of the right color and substituted it with the number label. I was not very happy afterwards but didnt complain. But this is the 2nd time, this has happened. *Also the workers uniforms are never clean no matter what time you go into the shop, so I have to now question their equipment sanitation and tools as well. I figured if they dont take the time to clean their uniforms, then it is highly likely that they are either not properly cleaning those or simply skipping that part to make the money faster. Im going to likely find a new place to go bc Id rather pay and tip service workers who care about their clients more than making money. Health, sanitation practices, and integrity are very critical to caring for yourself as well as your clients for a very successful business.

Crisp Child They are literally the sweetest and he was so gentle with my hands, didn’t nick me once!!! I think these came out beautifully. The set was $75. Definitely recommend!! ❤️

Laticha Barton I will not go anywhere else. They are a wonderful couple, who are very kind and take excellent care of me every time. He is masterful at his craft and really knows what he is doing and she always gives the best pedicures. Edit: I have not had the money to get my nails done but it’s been over a month and I haven’t lost a single nail. This place is incredible

Lana Lutsenko My nails were done in Idaho on my vacation. I came back, and I needed to redo my color. I have acrylic gel nail polish. I went to three nail places, and they rejected me. Lovely Nails are the only ones that did my nails. First nail place didnt carry acrylics nail polish second one told me appointment only third one asked what I need and said can you come back tomorrow instead of telling me theyre busy. I came to Lovely Nails, and it was my next stop on the Google Map. I showed them what I needed, and it took them less than 20 minutes to redo my color. Thank you so much. Ill come back again.

Pamela Roza Yuliya has given me the best manicures I have ever had and they last much longer manicures I have had in the past. I had badly damaged nails and after just two manicures I saw significant improvement. She stays up on the latest techniques and is incredibly professional. Yuli gets my highest recommendation.

Vera Croce I have been going to Yuliya for several years for manicures and pedicures. I have arthritis in my hands. Heather Carter I stopped by for a pedicure without an appointment and was able to get right in. The staff were all very sweet and attentive. they have an impressive selection of gel nail colors, which was great. My feet havent looked this great in months! I will definitely return again.

Anise Stitnizky Walked in picked out my color purse was in the chair was told to let my water out and had to wait and hour, due to others coming in with a “appt” but why seat me if you knew you had appointments! This was all in a 5 min time frame! Stated I took to long picking colors, when he told me to take my time, but what was the difference of 5 mins, would you have stopped in the middle of my service, knowing you had appointments. He never was transparent about incoming appointments and wasted my time. Really bad customer service. Colors are old and separated, with poor selection.

Mo Riah When someone walks in after you, they suddenly rush their work and then expect you to pay to correct it. Looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Spoke up and said how awful and messy these were, and they sent the same nail tech back to "correct" it.. Definitely wont be coming back. Save yourself a headache and money and go somewhere else...

Anna Cohen Worst set Ive ever gotten. Not one nail was the same length, not one nail bed the same size, several are crooked as hell, and the overlay acrylic started lifting off the nail bed within 12 hours. Id like to say they did well on my toenails but between them being filed into points and then sealed to my skin with excess gel, I just cant.

Amelia Sicotte Wonderful place to go! 10/10 service and results would highly recommend!! I got a french tip dip set and they turned out amazing! They offered me a complimentary drink upon arriving and were very quick to sit me down. They were also very thoughtful with their application always checking and asking if I was satisfied with the shape, color and length. All to say I will be returning! :)

Desiree Campos Honestly the nail salon I used to go to before was absolutely bad compared to Monstera nails because they take their time to perfect and clean up your nails here. They make them so perfect, they are really nice and patient with you and they even offer you drinks when you first arrive. They aren’t as pricey either, they make me realize I was getting overcharged back at my old salon. Overall great place to get your nails done!

Teresa Anderson First off let me say I would recommend! Today was my first visit and I will be back. I was able to make a same day appointment. I got dip pink with chrome finish. I was greeted with great hospitality and a beverage. Julie was fantastic! She gave me exactly what I wanted. She even did a sample nail so I could see what it would look like, they didn’t already have my combination in their sample. I thought that was above and beyond. I only paid $65 for my nails not including tip.

Terisha Lee Not worth the price, the service wasn’t that great and the man that did my nails had a bad mood the whole time. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the lady that did my daughter’s nails for her birthday was really nice and patient with her.

Cindy was very skilled and patient with me as we discussed about the colors and designs. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my new set and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

R PR Waste of time and money. Make people wait long and paid for a higher service for them to not do what i wanted from the higher service. Also rush too much and dont check up on you. Ladies are nice but service needs to get better

E J I have to say that the nail tech took her time making sure the shape was on point. The only thing that bothered me is walking in and not seeing any prices. Everyone should be able know before sitting down what you’re paying. That’s just my opinion inflation is real. But the way she took her time I would still go back. $60 for this full set.

Kellie Renae Hjelmstad A friend and I decided to go here because it looked like a really nice salon inside and the reviews seemed nice… we wanted a pedicure and a manicure, both with gel. Which isn’t hard at all as she and i both have gone to school for it. But we were in the pedicure chairs for 3 hours. She and i both have cuts on our toes from the lady cutting our cuticles. When we finally got our manicures they rushed it and finished within 5 minutes. They missed spots on our nails, gave them odd shapes and left bubbles in our nails. We both have natural nails. We paid for the deluxe of everything and really didn’t get anything special done. They used some type of scrub and mask on our legs that left me with a horrible rash and scratches all over my legs and feet. I have bruises on the top of my feet from it all and my toes hurt. It was the worst experience. The staff were very nice overall, but that was the only upside. I usually do not leave reviews, bit this was just not ok.

Shebra Norris I have been going to mina for over 8 years and I have never had a time where my nails are not looking good. I trust them to always do my nails great. When I break a nail they fix them for me. Very nice people. I will always co E back to them for my nails and feet and eyebrows.

Britain Mace Y’all! There is no reason this place should have a 3.6! Reviews are important. So I was hesitant to come here bc of the rating itself but I was desperate needing to get my nails done on a Sunday and my girl is closed and so many other places…. I HAD to get my nails done for photos this evening! This place so they had available while the others with better ratings were booked. So I said fingers crossed & y’all I can’t not understand what the 3.6 is for!!! Jasmine Jasmine Jasmine! So kind so sweet and so talented! She gave me the classy sweet fire engine red nails I wanted and they came out perfect, she didn’t rush took her time and was so absolutely pleasantly. I mean y’all let’s be positive and post positive reviewers as well. If you don’t have a nail girl or need a nail salon in town that’s affordable and pleasant come to Sky! L Went to have gel nail polish removed and a new manicure with regular polish. Gel wasn’t even completely removed - nails were rough and bumpy and she proceeded to paint my nails. I asked for the polish to just be removed because it looked terrible. The only other thing done was cuticle clipping. She charged me for gel removal and a manicure anyway and this was what my nails looked like when I left. You can still see the areas of gel attached to my nails. My daughter had the same experience but left the pink polish on. This was their “manicure.” Thumb nails filed different shapes and terrible polish application. What a disgusting waste of money. They charged us $55 total to partially remove gel polish, clip cuticles only, and apply the worst polish job I’ve ever seen. :(

Maya za If I could rate zero I would!! Worse customer service! Disrespectful, dishonest and extremely rude!! I did a full set, and my nails were uneven I mentioned politely and she was extremely rude and raising her voice on me! They cut my skin they didnt even apologize. The tools looked very dirty!! I hope I don’t get infection on my open cut which they did on my index finger. They told me that I’m tooo picky and I’m not welcomed there anymore! How rude!!!!! I usually tip %20 but I’m so glad I didn’t even tip them. Be careful and be aware!

Megan Garry Every time I come here I’m impressed with my nails. I’ve gone to 3 different nail techs (I usually just come as a walk in instead of making appointments) and each time I get quality work and everyone is nice. Pricing is pretty good also. I will definitely continue to come back here

Whitney Mason I really thought Id found my pedicure place. Id come here every 2 weeks for several months last year, for gel nails and regular pedicure. The first time I came, I asked if the scrub they used for their pedicures was sugar or salt. Im allergic to sugar scrubs. It makes my skin burn and itch, even after washing it off. One of the ladies told me it was salt. Great! I got that first pedicure, and they had a loyal customer. Today, I went in for a gel full set and a pedicure. I hadnt been since before the holidays (becuase of scheduling). They did the pedicure first, and after the scrub, my legs started burning immediately. I asked (in a confirmatory tone), "this scrub is salt, right? Not sugar?" Thats when they told me that the scrub is sugar. They said theyd never used salt scrub. That the salt they use is bath salt for the tub. I explained that there was a lady who told me was salt, and that Ive never had an issue before today. At first, their response to that was that the lady doesnt work there anymore and that theres new management. Then they changed to say that the woman never worked there. Either way, they still charged me the full amount of the pedicure without apology. The only thing they did to remedy the situation was to clean off my legs with hand soap. (It didnt help: 20 min later, and my legs are still burning.) I felt bad for the girl who provided the service, and I was too exhausted (after working 12 hours last night as a nurse) to put up a fight, so thats why I still paid. But I will not be returning.

Melinda Owen I have had manis, pedis, and massage by Yvonne. I can honestly say she is a master of her craft! Id give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

Venessa Whitemarsh I have been to many different nail salons and spas in the past but Exceptional Nails and Massage Therapy is by far my favorite! Yvonne is so welcoming and professional. She makes you feel at ease right away. I go regularly for gel manicures and have been several times for pedicures and massages. I was having severe shoulder pain for months before I went in for my first massage, Yvonne really listened to what I was dealing with and after one visit my pain was gone. My nails always look beautiful and I get compliments on them all the time. I highly recommend Exceptional Nails and Massage Therapy, you will not be disappointed.

The World of Shannon Its a very nice family owned business. The are extremely conscientious of the health of the clients and take your temperature upon arrival which is logged with your contact information just in case there is an issue with the virus. I very much appreciate this and the fantastic barriers. It made me feel very safe and secure being there. They are located directly across the street from Community Healthcare in Lakewood.

Carrie Good Very clean. Reasonably prices. Quick but good. Had a pedicure. The lady was relentless on my feet. Fixed ingrown toenail. If you are looking for a good pedicure and polish this is the place. They offer other services such as micro- blading and eyelashes. They also offer Permanent eyeliner and lip liner.

Eunmi Lee I got my nails done at Jin Nail for the first time, and it was a great experience! She was very professional and had a wide variety of colors to choose from. I loved the design she created. it was detailed and beautifully done. I’ll definitely be back!

Anna Lee Haven’t had a nice nail session in a while and I’m so glad I went to Jin Nail. Exactly what I was looking for, Korean/Japanese up to date nail art. Her skills and details did not disappoint, I had high expectations from seeing her talented work on her insta and she delivered exactly that. Her work space is very organized, clean and displays a lot of her artwork to choose from. I can’t wait to go back.

Starla This is by far the best nail studio ive ever been to in the Tacoma area! Booked my appointment on instagram (@__jinnail)~ Sujin is so sweet and easy to talk to (she speaks English fluently so there is no miscommunications caused by language barrier). She has really good attention to detail and takes her time to make sure shes giving quality work. The space is really clean and bright (its located off of South Tacoma Way in the same plaza as Pho Tai). The nail polish brands that she uses are very high quality brands and her crystals are swarovski, so I really felt like I was getting a luxurious service. She also offers Gel-X extensions and does them properly. She has art books that have designs for you to choose from in case you arent sure what you want, and everything is so so cute! If you love chinese / japanese / korean nail art then you def wont regret coming here. I will 1000% be returning in the future.

Yolo XOXO I’ve given this place opportunity after opportunity to get customer service right. Over the last 3years I went on and off each time they just aren’t warm and friendly. I walked in one morning first customer of the day. Man and woman in the front I walked in they looked at me and just continued to talk. I turned around and walked out. I will never ever go back there. Not to mention there pedicures suck, they don’t have a menu and they barely do anything during the pedicure. You will really benefit from going somewhere else. I promise!

Haily Barrett I have been coming to get my lashes done by Mrs. T for the past 4 years and I can honestly say I have never left disappointed. They have, by far, the most affordable prices in the area for the quality of work they provide. Anytime Hai has done my acrylics, they have lasted well beyond the two week period and look beautiful. Hai and Mrs. T are two of the hardest working people Ive had the pleasure to meet and they will always have my support / recommendation !

Danielle Storey I went in to get acrylics done for the first time in 2.5 years. When I got home and started looking at my nails closer i realized they look pretty bad. They’re not the same shape all around, they’re see through, I have paint around my nails and a few cuts that aren’t super noticeable but they hurt. They were supposed to be green for Christmas, they look almost black to me. Not to mention my nail tech barely talked to me and it felt like she rushed through getting them done. I’m very dissatisfied.

Cece I was recommended by a friend to go here. Full set plus pedicure. My pedicure was done nice. My full set was rushed, looked horrible after 3 days the glue lifted and my nails started to come apart, the shape was horrible once I took a good look at them in the daylight next day. I called 4 days later to kindly let them know, was suggested to come back later that day to get my nails redone. I decided it wasnt worth it because I was disappointed the first time. I PAID $130 plus tipped $10 for pedicure and $10 for nails. Im super nice too this is not cool.
