1 /5 shannon costello: I was super excited to use this shop and they were a pleasure to work with up until I got my vehicle back. I got my vehicle back at about 430 on a Friday. There was a miscommunication and they were 30 min late so it put me in a rush trying to coordinate dropping off my rental car and picking my son up from practice. It was almost dark so I did a quick look at the bumper job they did for me. The next morning In daylight I noticed a giant inch wide by 12 inch long scratch/scuff on the brand new bumper, behind the license plate they also installed. Upon further inspection the bumper is not only off kilter (gap on the right side and tight on the left and a gap under the headlight) they also caused a one inch crack on my fender while they were trying to install the bumper. I immediately called them within 24 hours and no one returned my call. I again called them three more times and left voicemails and still have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone. I understand accidents happen, but they should not be ignoring me and blatantly ignoring their poor work. There is no way I could have caused the scratch behind the license plate. The fact they wont even call me back to discuss it lets me know that they know they are responsible but dont want to have to fix it.
