2 /5 Janice Ancell: Beautiful store,but the customer service could use some attention. I felt so uncomfortable upon entering, no one spoke.There wasnt even a welcome in....The whispers among the 3 ladies at the counter was so obvious. Everyone should be recognized upon entering. They were not busy,I was the only shopper. So disappointing for such a lovely store.

1 /5 Linda Listen: This place is one of the most unsettling environments I’ve ever walked into. The women working here treated us with open disdain—like we couldn’t possibly afford to shop there. One even made snide comments about immigrants (for the record, I was born here) while others casually mocked people of color, different lifestyles, and anyone they personally disapprove of. The owner sets the tone: a hardline Republican with zero tolerance for anyone “different.” The arrogance and small-mindedness bleed through every interaction. On Mother’s Day, of all days, my children and I were subjected to this toxic attitude. It was appalling. To add insult to injury, the store is wildly overpriced and full of imported merchandise from places like T@m. Nothing is American-made, despite the phony “Farmgirl Pickings” branding. The hypocrisy is almost laughable—condescending to their customers while selling cheap imports at inflated prices. This is not just bad customer service. This is hostility, hypocrisy, and discrimination packaged as a boutique. Don’t shop here. Don’t give them a dime. They don’t deserve it.

5 /5 Haley Kingsboro: Conveniently located in front of the Valley Mall. Lots of parking. Really helpful and friendly staff. So many different items, gifts for everyone and a great selection of clothes.

1 /5 Christina Widmier: I went back and forth about leaving a review, because I really did love this store so much. Ive purchase many items from here. The very bad experience came from their hat burning workshop. I was the only one one in my class to use a white hat. Well when it came time to burn it, the ink literally just burned onto the white. It looked HORRIBLE! I didnt finish, I even left the hat. One of the employees even tried herself and same thing. I called after I left the store and asked for either a refund or even just a store credit. They told me they couldnt make that decision. They took my name and number and I never heard back from the store manager as I was told I would. Great way to waste $45 on a hat I never even took home.
