Jimmy and his team went above and beyond to ensure our car was repaired promptly and with utmost honesty. When we initially brought the car in for repair, Jimmy and his team wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Their efficiency was remarkable, and we were back on the road in no time. The speed at which they resolved the problem showcased their expertise and dedication to their craft. However, after about a month, our car unfortunately broke down again. This time, Jimmys honesty truly shone through. He informed us that the parts needed for the repair were still under warranty from the manufacturer. Instead of charging us for the parts, he only asked for payment for the labor involved. This level of transparency and integrity is rare to find in the automotive industry, and it left a lasting impression on us. 1 /5 Nancy H: I had a similar diagnosis as the last reviewer, but my situation was worse. Had service done on my transmission. I drove a 2015 Nissan Platinum with 140k miles that was running beautifully before service. I had instant problems and brought my car back because the check engine light instantly came on. He couldn’t figure out the problem that he caused. He said it was the 02 sensor - it was not. My transmission blew and left me stranded on the freeway 3 days later. I had it towed to Nissan and they diagnosed my transmission failure. I sold my car to salvage. DO NOT bring your car here for anything other than an oil change and frankly I wouldn’t even do that. Not a knowledgeable or good mechanic.
