1 /5 dyl n: Unethical - No doctor is so poor that they need to charge for just being on the patient roster. They are now telling patients that unless they pay an annual fee of $600 per kid and $2,200 per adult, they will kick you out of their practice. This isnt covered by insurance. This is what the mafia does....pay up or get hurt. Its no different here. The number of doctors in America is limited. Since they can charge more and more every year, the doctors here now charge people just to walk in the door. This is unethical. The state of Washington has to license doctors. Therefore the number is limited. These doctors are greedy and now their loyal patients have more stress and worse access to Healthcare. Shame on you!

1 /5 Tracy Pietila: I’ve been going to Creekside medical for over 20 years and I received a text message from them today saying that if I wanted to still stay there patient, that they have a new concierge practice and to remain there patient I have to join there membership. Membership fees range from $600 - $2,200 and may be paid in installments. There is no fee for children ages 0-5 and they do not need to enroll. As a member, I will enjoy an enhanced healthcare experience, receive more of our time and personal availability, and be able to reach them easily and directly, even after hours. This is absolutely absurd!!! So obviously, I’m going to have to find a new doctor because I am not paying to be a member. All Creekside cares about is money not your health!

1 /5 Karlee Granath: This clinic is less than a mile from where I live, I established care for my daughter when she was born back in July of last year. I did see a few other doctors here and there at this clinic. Got a notice that my main doctor is leaving the practice so they were dropping our entire family and none of the other doctors will take us, cancelled my upcoming appointment and told us we had to find another provider. I understand dropping my self and husband because theres not enough staff but dropping my baby is extremely concerning. It’s so hard to establish care these days. You hope the provider you pick is someone you trust to care for your child, never imagine a provider telling you they’re not going to care for your anymore with no hope of another doctor from their clinic caring for them. If your looking to establish long term care do not pick this clinic and from the looks of their other reviews this clinic has a habit of dropping their clients. I do want to add that I will miss dr. Jones and appreciate her care/expertise. This clinic however needs to make better business decisions.

5 /5 Summer Nonya: I dont know where these bad reviews are coming from. I feel like maybe some are missing information or something. I have been a patient of Dr Speaker for over 20 years now. As well as all 3 of my kids who are between 20-25 yrs old. I am a bit complex with my health issues (everything i have is weird or unusual). I have NEVER had a hard time getting the care I need. DR Speaker spends the time I need and she listens! NO other Dr I have ever seen listens and cares like she does. I would be lost without her. This is a top notch clinic and I feel like some of the reviews are mainly because their own Dr is no longer with the clinic and they are angry about that. I love Dr Speaker and Creekside and would absolutely devastated if I lost them!

5 /5 Amy Darg: Do I want to pay more $ to be seen by my doctor? No. Do I have a choice? Yes. Did I choose to pay my dr more $ so I can stay in her care? Yes. I don’t understand the 1 ⭐️ reviews. Why are you upset they HAVE to change into a concierge service? Have you stopped for a second and put yourself in their place? No. Healthcare in America is a business. Do not be upset with the doctors. Be upset with your government. The doctors have families and mortgages to pay too. Shame on them for asking $1,200 per year for care? Have you asked why they had to do that? No. So, stop judging and count your horses first. On another note, we had a couple of hiccups in the past 10 years but nothing to make me want to change providers. We are all human. Dr. Speaker and Dr. Nopachai are amazing. They act as doctors, therapists, friends and they do tell you how amazing you are. ❤️
