1 /5 Miguel Valdivia: 3/24/2025 I just had an incredibly frustrating experience at this lab. I checked in at 4:44 for my labs and waited patiently. However, by 5:10, I was informed that my doctor hadnt put in the order yet and was told to go to the front desk. I did so, and then returned to the lab at 5:14, only to be told they couldn’t do my lab because they were closing at 5:15.
It was incredibly disappointing that no one checked my information or communicated the issue earlier. Why wasn’t this addressed when I first checked in? I wasted over 30 minutes and ended up with no service because of poor communication. I understand closing times, but there should have been more attention to detail and courtesy in helping patients
