Davida Zinkgraf: I went in for significant lower back pain. To the point my legs are starting to give out. The front desk employees and the nurse (or medical assistant) were VERY kind and helpful. The trouble started when ARNP BRANDI SMITH entered the scenario. Absolutely NO bedside manner and RUDE. I had to finally ask her if she would just listen to what I was experiencing and my history of skeletal issues. She has NO compassion… really did not want to hear what I had to say. She was very robotic and treated me like just a number. It appeared she had no interest in finding out WHY I was in such pain. I had to DEMAND an X-ray, she said that was not in their “protocol” to do. There is so much more to say about my experience, but I am waiting from a call back from her “boss” tomorrow. She is a HORRIBLE ARNP. Maybe she’s just “burnt out” on her job. I would recommend she finds another line of work that does not consist of being compassionate/caring or dealing with patients

Debby H: Please do not use this company! Danger Danger! Hired them to install a fireplace insert. At first everything was good, they came on time and spent the day installing. As he was getting finished we noticed there was a plug going into a nearby socket from the fireplace. It was for the fan. We did not want a plug-in gas fireplace. He told us we would have to call an electrician if we didn’t want a plug. So we called an electrician and had it wired so the plug would not be outside of the fireplace on the wall. Second problem is that the fireplace face plate did not fit so he offered to have one custom-made. So far so good… but then, a few weeks later when we turned the fireplace on, the remote receiver overheated and an alarm went off and we could not shut the flame off, and we could not get the alarm to stop. My husband had to pull the bottom panel off and shut it off by hand. The technician had mounted the remote receiver underneath the logs and it overheated. We tried calling to give him another opportunity to fix it but he didn’t return our call. We then left a message saying we wanted a refund on just the fireplace and that he could keep labor cost but he would not call us back. He apparently is inexperienced in this area and doesn’t quite know what he is doing. We will get a second opinion and depending on the answer may have to go to court over this since we cannot use the fireplace that we paid $3800 for

Michael Johnston: What can I say? Just wow, talk about care and support. We ended up having to put our cat down but before that it was a week full of test where all the help we received was something else. I felt like my cat was cared for and loved. Every resource they had access to was utilized. We may get another cat and I will be proud to have this place be part of my animals care and life. Thank you Dr. Ruth I appreciate everything you and the staff have done.

Haylie Hennessy: We are always happy with the attention our dogs get at Blackhawk! Unlike other vets in our area, they will make time for your pet if urgent because they care. They give honest advice and doctor Wert has experience and knowledge that can be trusted. The staff is caring and friendly and the clinic is always clean and tidy. We have several dogs ranging from 10 lbs to 130 lbs with different temperaments and functions on the farm. They treat them all as individuals based on their unique needs. When we’ve had to put our senior dogs down, we received a hand written note and an ink-print of his nose.

LeAnn Nitschke: Very friendly staff. I love them because they are very thorough. Also they are learning hands on. Then they have a senior doctor approves or disapproves the students diagnosis. Which I have never seen them disapprove anything. I left here only to return. They are just awesome in my view of things.

Brenda Melani: I was in the emergency room last night for heart palpitations. Not knowing what was going on was very concerning. The nurses were awesome, very caring and personable. The MD on shift was Dr Kleve. I have got to tell you, we were so impressed with this doctor. He is so thorough, thoughtful, and caring. Dr Kleve is definitely an asset to any medical facility. Please keep him around incase I need to come back. :)

Medicine Mom: I saw Dr. Lucas before Christmas to fill a prescription. Its now March 11 and I DO NOT have my medication. I have never been contacted by his MA even though I have left messages daily for weeks on end. At one point, I had a follow up that I stupidly wasted my time on. I asked why I hadnt got my prescription. She stated he wanted to wait until the follow up, but didnt have decency to call me back. I have received 7 pills since that appointment in December. i dont believe they have a system for prior authorization or the MA just doesnt do her job. Ryan Lucas himself seems like a decent doctor. The ladies at the front desk are as helpful as they can be. One of them sent an emergency message to him at one point, and then I was told the order was just waiting for a signature.

Lisa Adams: Yelena Rhinebah, PA-C I am so glad that she is back practicing. She went to the ER for quite some time and I sure missed her as she was my primary doctor for a very long time and treated me with the most dignity and respect any doctor and Colville has ever done. It was a wonderful surprise to see her yesterday and she took great care of me out of other clinics. She saw that I had a sinus infection. With the anabiotic starting to feel better, thank you for listening with your heart your patience always.

Shelly Pierce: This is the absolute worst place to go if you are battling depression and are in need of help. My husband was there and he said he felt worse when he got out pulse he lost 5 pounds being in there because they couldn’t get his diet right. I dropped warm clothes off for him and it took them ‘till the next day to give them to him. They have quiet time each night for shift change and you have to go to your room and be quiet and not bother anyone. You are pretty much left on your own without any support from staff. If you are in need of help do not go to this place if you have another option. The staff is there for a paycheck that’s all. (There are a few that care)
