Theo Palmer: I’m new to this doctors office of KVH but it has been the most positive experience of going to a doctor I’ve ever had (from Indiana to Texas to Florida and more), they’re so friendly and helpful and even fun. My doctor Kara Smith takes my concerns seriously and tackles them knowledgeably!

Ciara Storm: Its a hospital. It has flaws like most. But theyve saved me quite a few times. The ER night nurses and the actual hospital wing are incredibly attentive. Ive been in very low and vulnerable situations and they where there for me the best they could possibly be. In such a rural town a hospital like this is a blessing. America has bad insurance companies. If that where to change alot of the reviews on this hospital would change too. So many things concerning Medicare and private health insurance are out of their control. I hope people become more aware that we are in dier need of universal healthcare and change. Until then the best I can do is say thankyou to KVH and its staff and publicly recognize they are trying their best.

Roger Tinkham: Have bben going there for years and never seen the doctor twice. Last time we got an intern and Dr stood out side the door. Last appointment was for an ear infection and was billed as a new patient 168 dollars after insurance to be treated by an intern. Will never go back
Woodland Urgent Care Center - Chehalis

Jonathan Williams: Came to this place cause it was highly recommended. That was a lie they must’ve paid for peoples reviews. I’ve called multiple times and the machine answers you come in person and the reception area. Is left unattended. Finally 15 minutes later an older women comes from across the hall no name tag or uniform who knows if she even works here but she was rude, and dismissive she was clueless on what insurance was being accepted or the name of the doctor that worked for the clinic. These days it’s all about money for profit does anyone in the healthcare profession even care about people anymore. I won’t be coming back just horrible customer service I’m surprised they’re still in business. Future patients beware
    Steck Medical Group - Chehalis

Helen E: Steck medical used to be a great place to go. Ive been going for well over 20 yrs and today I was rudely told by the receptionist that my doctor only was there for 1month and left and I need to go elsewhere. Nothing nice about it. Just to bad go away attitude. I had called on a different issue 3 weeks ago with no call back. No letter stating my provider left. No letter letting me know that my old provider, Dr. Lee, had left either. I used to get a letter letting me know my provider was leaving and to call and make arrangements to see a new provider. Steck Medical has had a problem keeping providers for sometime. They dont pay female providers the same as male providers. This is the reason why I lost a great provider to a clinic in Tacoma. Even their Urgent Care hours has gone down.
