She takes her time, she’s very friendly, she pays great attention to detail and allowed me to pay with Zelle, which was really convenient. I love that it’s a 1:1 experience rather than a crowded salon, where sometimes multiple techs will work on your nails during your appointment. And, whatever time you schedule your appointment, that’s the time it is. You aren’t going to be waiting an extra 10+ minutes For her to finish up with someone else. I love Lily!
