04-2025 Primary Care | Kaiser Permanente South Hill Medical Center in Best 15 MEDICAL SERVICES near Spokane, WAJefferson 400 Medical Center - Spokane Lindsey Duvanich: As a local small business owner, I am deeply grateful for my experience with TRW Management. I began my business relationship with their company in January 2020, signing a 3 year lease that included a full demo and remodel of my space. Through that process, I quickly learned what kind of people I was working with- the kind that don’t come around often- they go well above and beyond and go out of their way consistently to connect with their tenants. I have leased other spaces, and have many close friends that lease commercial spaces locally. I hear my friends’ experiences with their building owners and management companies, and I can honestly say business simply doesn’t get better with anyone outside TRW; they go out of their way to help small business owners like myself succeed. I recently renewed my lease with their company, and look forward to many more years happily doing what I love with TRW Management.
Sacred Heart Childrens Hospital Emergency Room - Spokane Shyla Klein: The staff ignored us multiple times I have been here for a total of ten hours so far and seven of which was spent in the waiting room. Still in the waiting room btw. I came in because my pupils are different sizes and I hit my head really hard and it was bleeding and they just shrugged me off. Said no to giving me food. The staff at your front desk of the adult emergency are very rude very full of themselves. As soon as that clock hits midnight your staff no longer care about your patients. We were in earlier and it was so much different so much quicker and so much more help. Anytime we ask the front desk anything she has an attitude and says things very abruptly and very rude then turns away from you as if to say go away from me. Definitely need staff who aren’t just here for a paycheck. Especially in the emergency department because why have I watched them ignore multiple patients not even just me and then just gossip and talk in the little cubicle thing for hours. They act as if it’s a burden when someone walks up. Pathetic manners for hospital staff. They’ve taken my vitals three times now. Still haven’t taken me back. Told me there’s a five hour wait ahead for me. Kind of crazy when I could have something wrong with my brain don’t you think? Very ignorant staff. Very sad.
Providence Community Clinic - Spokane Jennessa Magner: Provider Lindsay was great and the rest of the staff were nice, helpful, respectful, personable and actually knew what they were doing and worked with me pretty well. They actually care and want to help fix me.
Providence Obstetrics and Gynecology - Spokane - Spokane Hannah Huggins: Disappointed with the Lack of Care and Compassion
I had a really disappointing experience with Spokane OBGYN. I was experiencing bleeding along with a positive pregnancy test and wasn’t sure what to do. Not feeling like it was an emergency, I called their office three separate times in one day in hopes of speaking with a nurse and did not hear back until much later in the afternoon.
When they finally returned my call, I explained my situation, expecting some guidance or reassurance. Instead, I was told to go to urgent care just for a pregnancy test—something I could have done on my own. I asked if I could at least schedule an appointment in case things progressed or changed, but the person on the phone first said yes, then retracted the offer, saying they “wouldn’t know what to schedule it under” since my pregnancy status was uncertain. This was incredibly frustrating—why not just get me on the books and figure it out later? Even if it was just for peace of mind, some level of care and support would have made a huge difference.
I had hoped this office would be a place I could turn to for questions, concerns, and guidance, especially since I had never experienced a possible miscarriage before. But instead of feeling supported, I felt brushed off and disregarded. Even though this wasn’t an emergency and I was still in very early pregnancy, I did not feel like I was treated with care, concern, or compassion—which is the bare minimum I would expect from an OBGYN office.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely listens and supports their patients.
MultiCare Deaconess Medical Office Building 2 - Spokane Anthony Farr: Two years ago a routine eye exam ended with me meeting Dr Christopher Yang who had to deliver the news of the retinal occlusion in my right eye. Since that day, Dr Yang has been with me all the way as he outlined the damage, what his game plan was making and taking the time to explain it and then began professionally, sensitively and with excellent Treatment to walk along with me each step of the way. He is an A++ Physician and I recommend him wholeheartedly. And I continue to trust him with continuing my eye care.
Providence General & Specialty Surgery - Spokane - Spokane Jimmy Frando: I had surgery earlier this year in March. I was scared and nervous but Dr. Horn and her staff provided such great care and made me feel safe and comfortable the whole way through, from consultation to post-op recovery.
Dr. Horn was very professional, explained the entire process for me, and was very patient with answering my many questions. She did such an amazing job and I now feel so much better than I did before my surgery.
Her staff were also very caring and very efficient with getting me checked in and going over my medical history and allergies.
I am so thankful for everyone there and I would not hesitate to ask for their help again in the future if need be. Thank you again Dr. Horn and staff for your timely and professional service. I really appreciate all of you!
Kaiser Permanente Veradale Medical Center - Spokane Valley Liz Schmidt: I’ve been with my PCP now for 2 yrs! I’m very happy with the care she has given me! She listens and is very knowledgeable when I ask her questions! She includes me with my medical treatment and never hesitates to prescribe what is needed to get me well! She’s always cheerful. Appointment availability is great and when I send messages to her, either her or her care team responds and resolves issues right away! Thank-you, Renee Mueller for the fantastic care! ; )
Shriners Childrens Spokane - Spokane Katie Merrifield: After a bad experience with our own pediatrician, it was such a blessing to come to Shriners Fracture Clinic for my two-year-olds broken arm. From the ease of parking to every person being kind and friendly, to the quality care given, I have to say that this place is top-notch. They had books for the kids to read while I filled out paperwork and said we could take one home with us. While we waited for the doctor, a recreational therapist came and brought the kids toys and snacks to keep them occupied. The x-ray tech did a fabulous job with both my kids keeping the whole situation as light-hearted and fun as possible. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and great with children. So thankful for the great experience we had there!
