Gillian Lall I would say Shannon is one of Walla Wallas premier Nail Technicians. She knows her stuff and I feel like her priority is all about the health of the nail where the bonus is a pretty manicure afterwards - love that she doesnt cut the eponycium (which gets mistaken for cuticle). Highly recommend.

Amber Clark I always feel so relaxed and pampered with Shannon. I’ve never had such a luxurious experience, and my digits always look so good. I can not recommend her enough!

Alison Kirby Shannon is professional, fun to talk to, and goes out of her way to make her clients feel happy and peaceful.

Karol Snook My husband and I enjoyed an anniversary weekend at Maggies Garden Bed and Breakfast! The homemade preserves were a highlight of the breakfast. The weather was beautiful for dining out at the table in the garden surrounded by so many kinds of flowers. Leann is creative and welcoming in every way! As it happened, we were thankful we were the only guests this weekend so we did not have to share the bathroom or the living area.

irideiam Food poisoning from chicken salad and potato salad. Maggie displays narcissistic behaviors, and conversations center around her being an independent woman. Maggie told me that she does not like deer hunters, and will not rent to them. Maggie also told me that most of the people in town don’t like her, and she doesn’t like them either. I can see why.

Darci60 I waited over an hour to be seen and I still hadnt been so I left and now they wont call me back. Be prepared for a long wait to get your nails done. And yes it was your shop so dont accuse me of having the wrong shop. I told you that I would call you a different day because you had me waiting way too long. You can ask my friend. Good luck with your business. You didnt even call me back when I called to reschedule and it was your salon. End of story

Darlene Ingram I am in love with my nails!! First time in 10 years that I’ve had acrylics and first time doing this shape. The customer service is phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied before during and after the service! This will be the only place I go to and recommend from here on out! I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful nails ☺️☺️

Mandi Rumion Flew in from San Diego and my mom decided to take me to her normal nail spot. OH EM GEE. I could not be happier with the work. I ended up with a new, full, beautiful set of stilletos. Needless to say I am in LOVE. The work was 10x better than any big city salon. The finish is perfect, the shape is perfect and the artwork???? PERFECTION. I will be back.

Lucylle Margaros I had a walk in on Thursday afternoon and left paying 180 and went into tears. I sat in the chair I heard broken English remarks about my long leg hair from the girl and my young appearance from the men. They continue to remark about my appearance from how my clothes make me look young (I had on overalls), the broken English ensues, I hear them speaking about my mom, in regards that it was someone else’s money that was paying for the unprofessional service. There mentioned something about my shirt being a low cut. I began to want to walk out once another approached me and asked me for my top color and I showed him a picture, he suggested a different color than what I liked and I politely declined and suggested different, he said no, that’s what the picture looks like. They begin to talk about what I wanted done with my nails and the lady servicing me, in broken English told them that I was nice and to stop. Next, I got approached by another nail tech and asked where I was going after this and how I found the place. I replied telling them this is my 21st birthday treat and i was in the area to find relaxing services. They begin to collectively talk about my replies in broken english, to make offensive unprofessional comments about how young I was, that I ran away from home and I was using grandma or moms money, that I was pretty but then I hear laughing and the comment was made, “white washed Indian”, they asked me how I moved here and if I lived alone. Each one of my replies was aired out publicly in their language so I felt like they were demeaning me. One would ask something derogatory and the one servicing would tell them my reply. My replies were not what they suspected and I overheard comments being made that I took off my wedding ring and I’m using my husbands money when they learned I’m not so young and I’m financially independent. The services ends with the same comment we started with, “she’s nice. Stop or she won’t tip.” All in all, I understand culture and language barriers but this was an unacceptable three hours of service. I was afraid to speak up for myself and have them act even ruder so please next time do better :) I gave a great tip and I would not mind returning if the staff did not seem so toxic and negative! Additionally, this is what I asked for and this is what I got. (Three hours of unprofessional service later and completely not what I asked for)

Tammi Tillson Ive visited twice now, both times I had outstanding service. My first visit was a pedicure and my toes repainted. Probably the best pedicure Ive gotten at a salon this far. Then I went in and had my nails done and I like to get acrylics and then I love nail art and the guy Danny didnt even bed and I when I showed him what I wanted on my nails he just took a picture of it found the colors and got to work he did excellent every other salon Ive been to has given me excuses or tried to talk me out of my nail art.

Liza Clay I started coming to this nail salon in 2021, the nail tech I started with was Tom and if he wasnt available Tony would be my next person, however, one day both of them were not available so the receptionist at the time (who no longer works there) told me give Wendy a try you wont regret it. Well she wasnt lying because since going to Wendy Ive stayed with her since then! These stars are for Wendy, she doesnt disappoint and I highly suggest you make an appointment with her. Wendy does free-hand designs, I just tell her what I want and she free hands it. I love my winter nails for the year :) She doesnt rush and like I said she listens to what you want and what you are looking for. When I do get my pedicure I also always look for Hana.

Caitlyn I love going here. I’ve been going for 8 months now. I hate to leave this review but…. The most recent time I went I got my skin surrounding my nail filed down way too much. Now I’m left with a very bad hangnail, which I had not had before. My finger hurts very bad from this incident. I also got a separate finger cut open while getting my nails done this time around. It started to bleed, but my stylist just glued it shut. I love coming here, but I really didn’t have an enjoyable time at all. I work in food service, so I’m going to hope this hangnail doesn’t get worse. I come here so often, that I know my fingers are not in bad shape. I don’t know why they were being so harsh with them this time around. Update: I found a third cut on a finger

Destiny D This was my first time at this salon. I stopped in for a scheduled appointment for dip powder on real nail. The overall service was fine. Everyone was friendly and the lady who did my nails was nice. The problem I ran into was the quality of the finished product. Overall shape of my nails is messy and not consistent throughout the manicure. The side profile is completely lacking an apex on all but two nails. The apex of a nail is the highest point of the nail, usually in the back third. Its created to strengthen the nail and balance it out. This is a standard technique and practice to shape the nails appropriately with an apex. I did end up requiring a tip on a few nails, as I’d recently broken them. You can clearly see my natural nail sticking out on the side of one of the tips, and the skin on my index finger is glued under the nail. The surface of all of the nails is inconsistent and bumpy, and there are impurities and defects throughout the color. Overall, I think someone who’s unfamiliar may walk away from this experience happy with the product. Maybe I’m being a bit too picky but this is one of the messiest dip powder manicures I’ve ever walked away with. The young lady who did my nails did seem a bit rushed. Maybe the salon is better with other services. I paid $55 for the service and left a $5 tip totaling $60

Bonnette Alessandra “Ali” Disappointing Experience at Landing Nails and Spa I was a loyal customer at Landing Nails and Spa for about a year, initially drawn in by their affordable prices (under $50) and satisfactory quality. Their friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere made me a repeat customer. However, around 4 months ago, their service started to decline noticeably. The quality issues were apparent and frustrating. My nails were inconsistent in length and shape, and one time, the nail tech rushed the gel nail polish drying process. As a result, the polish peeled off as soon as I got home, defeating the purpose of getting a gel polish in the first place. To make matters worse, the customer service was disappointing. When I called to complain and ask how to fix the issue, they asked me to come back right away. I expected a solution or an apology, but upon returning, the manager surprisingly blamed me for the problem, claiming my hand wasnt positioned correctly in the dryer. This response left me feeling unheard and disrespected. During my most recent visit, I was shocked to see a significant price increase. A basic fill, with no design, chrome or matte, cost almost $80. When I questioned the pricing, the manager became defensive and dismissive, even after I showed her my short nails. This price hike, combined with the decreased quality and poor customer service, made me realize it was time to take my business elsewhere. The decline in quality, poor customer service, and price increases made my experience at Landing Nails and Spa disappointing. Unfortunately, I no longer recommend this salon. Rating: 2/5 stars

India Rolfe Worst fill Ive ever had. I have 3 visible cuts on three different fingers, two of which were cuts from a NAIL FILE, the rest are from their machines. I have polish everywhere, glue everywhere, the polish on my nails is terribly done. This is terrible work. This is the second time I have visited this salon, on my last visit (with a different technician) the shellac popped off after a week on 4 of my nails. When I say popped off I mean, it literally came off in the shape of my nail while I was typing on the computer. I will no longer be returning to this business and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Clarissa Springer I’m having the luxury pedicure and it is indeed a luxury experience. This is one of the first places I’ve been where I haven’t been pushed to go with gel which is a huge plus for me. I really enjoy this place, very clean and very kind staff. Happily returning the next time I am in the area!

Martha Villarosa Update on my last visit (March 7, 2025): Hannah, their newest nail tech, has improved a lot! I was their last customer last night and she was just so patient, very gentle with my hands. I love also the color I got, always been wanting to get that natural looking nail color. I feel so happy whenever I visit them. This is my nth time visiting this spa. I had manicure done for $45 then $30 for removal of old polish and cleaning. Overall, my experience had been pretty great here. My nails are done nicely and they even allowed walk-ins. This is my go to nail spa now!

Alex Emilien Nice place, very clean, but I waited an hour and a half after the start of my appointment time to even be sat in a chair. I made the appointment 2 hours before they opened for the day and arrived 5 minutes early, so it’s not like I waltzed in late and hoped a last minute appointment would help me cut the line or something. I’m not an impatient person, but that’s honestly just ridiculous. I understand that they were busy, but if there was going to be that long of a wait for an appointment I wish they’d have said something instead of leaving me to just sit there. I got asked multiple times what services I was even there for. My manicure was done with polish that didn’t even dry smooth or shiny, worse than the results I achieve at home. I booked these appointments to try and pamper myself after an incredibly difficult month, and I left 3 hours later just feeling like I’d wasted money and hours of what was supposed to be a relaxing Sunday.

Mickey I was very disappointed with the services at this nail salon. While the pricing was comparable to other salons, the usual pampering you’d expect, such as massages, was completely absent. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure, but within just two days, all the gel polish started lifting from the cuticle. To make matters worse, during my visit, another customer came in to complain about their previous appointment. Later, in the parking lot, they shared how dissatisfied they were as well. This experience fell far below expectations, and I regret wasting over $150 here. Some might wonder why I didn’t voice my concerns at the time, but I think many of us are well aware of the culture among some service providers, and I wasn’t in the mood to risk being talked about negatively in another language right to my face. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
