发财发财（超级有钱） I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from Michele, a front desk staff member at Kaiser in Lacey. When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel. Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother. I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team member like Michele. Her level of patience, kindness, and willingness to help sets a high standard. If all staff members embodied her qualities, every experience at Kaiser would be exceptional. Thank you, Kaiser, for nurturing such an outstanding employee!

Jan Teague My 97 year old Dad had many people in urgent care taking great care of him. Every single person was attentive and nice. Dad and I were both impressed with how thorough the Physicians Assistant was in the evaluation of his painful fractured forearm. It was a mystery injury and his concern went beyond the injury to why the injury. Tests were done and more tests were ordered. He spoke clearly and slowly to Dad which was perfect for him as Dads processing language has slowed. He felt cared for and respected. This was impressive as old age has unique health conditions and needs unique care. We appreciated it. It was a very long day which is unfortunate for an elderly person to sit for so long. Such is the problem of too few doctors and facility support for a growing population.

Florence Lamar 1st time experience. I liked my nurses. IV needle done wrong, put me in a lot of pain. Took 12 hrs. to get a hospital room. 2 of the Drs. I didnt like. I did like a couch/ bed for my guest/ caregiver. Very spacious rm, private. I thought I would receive physical therapy, but didnt. I felt safe there. No forced drugs. They listened to me. Staff was nice. I got in within 10 minutes. There were 45 people waiting for their turn. I would go back again!!!

lene amosa So I was assigned Olivia Finn in December 2024 set an appointment for March 26, 2025 they call me on the On March 6th to say she out of the office. So I shared my frustration on how I waited 4 months and like clock work the lady says we have a male dr available that day. I hope me being Polynesian was not the reason behind this unprofessional encounter. There was no we would love to reschedule you it was straight up we have a male doctor. So I’m pretty sure this won’t change anyone’s mind but not cool. Ok care on!!!

Betty Varpness The nurse and Dr Dan whom I saw today were the best care team anyone’ could ask for. They are so kind and thoughtful as well as being very professional. One of the best visits I’ve ever had.

Anon Astro As someone who frequents urgent care due to health issues, it is a great relief to find somewhere as helpful as here. They were extremely respectful and I was seen in a very timely manner. I showed up expecting to wait at least 30 minutes and I’m not even sure if I waited a full 10. The nurse listened to me and was focused on my care, not on efficiency, like many urgent cares do. I did not feel rushed out of there, I felt seen, heard, and it felt like my care was of highest priority. I would recommend to anyone looking for urgent care. I’ve been to many of the ones around this area and this one is the best by far! Will definitely come back here next time I need!

Ashley B Words cannot describe how incredible Dr. Duncan and his team truly are. They set the bar extremely high in the medical industry! You cannot find this level of care these days and when I say “care”, I mean caring for you and about you. Dr. Duncan treats patients with empathy, kindness and truly takes the time to listen. From the moment I walk through the door, I always feel so welcome! His team goes the extra mile to help patients and they are just amazing! “Above and beyond” is an understatement for these incredible humans! My only regret is not finding him sooner! The world needs more doctors like Dr. Duncan!

Dani Collins My husband and I recently switched providers because we were concerned with the level of care we received. My first visit with Dr. Duncan was over an hour. He listened to my concerns and is developing a plan with me to meet my wellness goals. He and his team provide comprehensive and compassionate care. He is passionate about his profession and life in general. If you are looking for quality care and a proactive plan, you need to see Dr. Duncan.

Dan Went for a blood draw the people behind the desk were super nice the only downside is they didnt have a current picture of the President and Vice President. 03/03/2025 I thought all federal government agencies were supposed to have those photos up for the public to see.

N S STUPID POLICY Drove over 20 miles for husbands annual wellness exam. Lab department apparently closes at 3 pm, which was after my husbands scheduled appointment. Now were stuck having to return another day. What a waste of our time and money. We are on a fixed income. We dont have money to throw away on transportation and gasoline. Lab Dept should remain open during clinic hours and if those people in that department dont like it, FIRE them! I reviewed the VAs website and no hours are posted for the Olympia clinics lab. This is WRONG. Needs to change.

Abi Smith My husband and I went in at the beginning of the year to establish care as we had switched insurance and needed a new doctor. I was referred out to a specialist for some serious concerns. After a couple of months, I called and was told the referral was canceled because they referred me to the wrong specialists for my issue. This was never. Ommunicated to me by TFPC.I was told I was then referred to correct one and still after a year have never heard from the specialist. Every issue they have referred us out and done nothing- not even preliminary test to.determine if the specialist.was needed. It was a waste of a year and we are back at our precious doctors after switching our insurance back. 100% do not recommend.

Stephen Heath We’re big fans of the providers once we’re seen, but administratively, they’re terrible. Prescriptions rarely get sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner and most government agencies have shorter wait times on the phone. We’ve rationed medications several times. Desk staff don’t seem to act with any greater urgency when you call days after you were seen and tell them that you are out of a medication.

Marty Holtzman This review is about the experience I had yesterday at the Olympia Multicare hospital for an Inguinal Hernia repair. From the time I started the approval process and eventually check-in, to the time I was released and received after care, all instructions we easy to follow and on time as promised. Everyone on the team was competent, professional, empathetic and friendly - doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and all support staff. Collectively they eased my nerves which made the entire experience as good as something like this can be. Thanks to all of you for your tireless work who have your own medical issues and deal with a life outside of work just like your patients!

Emily Elliott I had my knee surgery here with Dr. Lamour from Oly Ortho. The staff was really great, kind and compassionate. This was my first surgery and I was terrified. My nurses paused what they were doing to talk to me about everything that was going on and what to expect. My nurse, Mary Lou, was so sweet and came to check on me several times while I waited to go back. They were awesome! I would definitely recommend coming here.

Marie Hadley i have been getting the run around for a balance due bill from this clinic since August. My insurance is Medicare Advantage through Kaiser Permanente and according to them I owe nothing. This balance due bill is for $900.00 and its beginning to feel like a scam. Every time I call they say that it has been sent to "upper management" to get resolved. My next step is to go to the clinic in person and ask to speak directly to "upper Management". Ill keep posting updates as I have new info.

Patrick Oneill They have changed the name of the new company. The previous owners were great and most of the original employees are still there. Excellent customer service and a beautiful building.

Wajeeha Syed I visited Sea Mar Clinic today and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The clinic was clean and well-organized which made me feel comfortable and safe. The provision Rashida ullah was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly compassionate. She took time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Her ability to listen and address all my concerns made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend I had a positive experience and would highly recommend Sea Mar Clinic to anyone in need of quality healthcare services.

Karin Ange Dr. Borgeia treated our young daughter. Hes very knowledgeable and patient. Great with kids. The staff there is very friendly and they know their stuff. Definitely recommend.

Havilah Sabella Never have I been treated so poorly and hypocritically. While half the staff wasnt wearing masks, they kicked my fiance out of the ultrasound appointment for not wearing a mask. But I didnt have to wear one. The time spent arguing with us was longer than the actual ultrasound. They have now said he isnt welcome back to the office. If the father of the child they planned to deliver isnt welcome, neither are we. Not all the staff are terrible here, but enough of them are to highly recommend not going here. I would also like to add that the lady performing the ultrasound had huge gaps on the sides of her mask. Rendering it completely useless. Virtue signaling at its finest.

Ryder Hempstead Providence Swedish Obstetrics and Gynecology Olympia is less concerned with providing quality care and more focused on forcing its political agenda onto patients. They show no respect for personal beliefs, instead choosing to belittle and undermine anyone who doesnt conform to their ideology. Rather than fostering a welcoming environment, they make it clear that differing perspectives are not just unwelcome but outright wrong. If you value autonomy over your own health decisions, look elsewhere—entrusting this place with your well-being, or that of your loved ones, would be a serious mistake.

Desert Medic Never enough providers and routed to urgent care facilities where we have copays and added costs, along with no real diagnosis. The pharmacy here has actually got worse. They do not carry widely used meds, and somehow cannot have MAMC shuttle them with other things. They have a phone number to text which is unclear with replies. Scripts are filled as the pharmacist feels like doing them instead of when promised. ICE complaints are ignored.

Wyndia Smith I just had my baby Friday morning, all the doctors and nurses did an amazing job at delivering my baby by C-section they made me feel comfortable during the prepping and the actual surgery. From the surgery to recovery to me and my baby recovering in the room, the nurses, food aid attendants did a wonderful job as well I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery a baby and all other things medical you may need as well. Wish I could find a way to donate to this hospital. Job Amazingly done.

Samantha Joffray The worst experience I’ve ever had at any hospital in 35 years of life. The ER staff apparently isn’t aware of the fact that you can’t just hold someone there against their will. Anyone, at anytime, has the legal right to leave an ER on their own accord - ask for an AMA form, scribble it and leave. They CAN NOT hold you against your will. The ONLY legal reasons to hold someone in a hospital is if you are being held under a conservatorship by a legal guardian, if you are incarcerated, or declared incompetent by a court of law. Do not go here. It’s literally hell.

Kae I have been taking my boys to Dr Raj for almost 7 years and feel hes a phenomenal physician. None of my kids have reoccurring medical issues, but with children, injuries and illnesses do pop up. He shows what I feel to be the perfect balance of concern without overreacting and over medicating. Hes proven over time that I can trust him when he says something needs to be taken seriously vs will resolve itself. Hes engaging and listens and his nurses are very friendly. The facilities certainly are not grand, but he is a fantastic doctor. Advice on long waits: you will be there a while if you have an afternoon appt. For whatever reason, things pile up after lunch and you can be waiting upwards of an hour to get back to a room. I schedule for morning appts, arriving somewhere around 9-10am, and we are always back within 10 mins of our appt time. The office staff can be curt on the phone (I think theyre understaffed), but Ive always found them to be very polite in person. One thing I appreciate is when I call the day of for some ear infection or injury, they will put me on hold, relay the issue to Dr Raj and ask him what hed like to do, and they have always made a way to squeeze us in.

John Lewis David Watkins is my provider, albeit when I try to return his call, or his nurse Lynnettes urgent message in Epic (their stupid CRM), Im on hold for 20+ minutes ultimately to speak with a phantom call center in Yelm. I want to the ER to avoid potential death due to high blood pressure. No one at Sea Mar seems to care, because they never, ever return phone calls, including Lynn at the Yelp call center who thinks I am satan.

Timothy Weiss Limited parking on the emergency side of the hospital. I have had to go there several times. Sometimes I get in immediately and sometimes it is as long as three hours depending on crowd and their triage system. One time after waiting two hours I just left and came back the next day. That time they suddenly decided it had become life threatening and got me in immediately. I ended up in ICU for two weeks after passing out upon arrival. Apparently that’s what it takes for immediate attention. The best times are when I have gone to an urgent or immediate care first and if they think it necessary they phone ahead. All three times I was seen with almost no wait after that. I am reluctant to go to them first because it usually results in long waits. When I finally get in the care is almost always very good. Staff is excellent and doctors knowledgeable.

Tl Laars Id like to just start by saying this, at times it seems as if people are so wrapped up in their own little world to be waited on hand over foot and all they can muster up is a one star review. I totally get that when you end up at the ER your expect to be seen as if you are the only one so you start snapping insignifacant photos of things and messes that all ( every one of the ) have. You are based on the severity of your case so be patient, raising your voice like youre the only one special, sit down. NOW, for MY review id like to add a five star honest review. I was there 12-28-24 at 1600 with my mom in law for a blood clot issue, we were seen and in a room in a timely manner based on OUR level of severity and i have GIVEN 5 stars. They do their best they can and i am greatful. Thank you ST. PETES er staff, i appreciate you.
