4 /5 Ashleigh Albert: The number listed here isnt specifically for the service center apparently. Its 7:54am and I called with a question about my 9am appointment, the message says theyre closed and then says the service center opens at 7:30. So Im not sure what number this goes to. It gave the option to leave a message but then said the mailbox is full. I then checked the Contact Us portion of the website and this is the number listed for main, and sales, and service, and parts, even though it doesnt work right now when service should be open. So I guess Ill call back at 8:30 when it said the sales department opens and hope someone is there in whatever department this rings to to answer.

1 /5 Erin L. Neskahi: I have never had this bad of customer service ever!! Since day one we always had excellent customer service! Never had any issues at all! But when I came in to talk to the Manager Dean I admit he owened up to the shops mistake and stated they would take care of the issue. Good right? Well when calling and talking to the shop Brandon, his words were "when can you bring it in so we can clean it up and figure out how the cap came off" So the issue was brought it in Friday for an oil change. Drove it around. Smelled oil. Figured oil spilled on the engine. Keep goin....3 days later still smelling like im driving behind an exhaust pipe, still running rough so still figure oil needs to circulate and burn off. Well get new wipers and get some fluid and open the hood and guess what!! The oil cap was left off!! Long story short came to get it cleaned and talk to the Manager who just minimized the situation and didnt care. Just lost a faithful customer. Too bad customer service isnt as good as it use to be. Im sure they could care less but just wanted to share my situation with the customer service as well as the manager.

He found that the problem part on one of my vehicles was still under warranty and got a free replacement which saved me money. On my second vehicle he found that I had routed my vacuum lines incorrectly and was able to point it out right away, again saving me time and money. His towing service is Top Notch as well. He was able to handle a very difficult Towing situation like it was no sweat.

Tim has always been very helpful, honest and upfront with whats needed and the considerations that went into making repair decisions. I appreciate that a lot! Tim was also very flexible about accepting our towed in RV with only an hour of advance notice even though they were swamped with work! Then he made sure we got a ride home! That was extremely kind! Devon was our mechanic, he is skilled, thorough and works hard to identify the real problem and its cause, (not just the symptom), then he makes the needed repair and does a road test to confirm it functions properly. I truly appreciate both Tim and Devon.

Beyond the action service on the car itself, mike went above and beyond by arranging a courtesy ride home and back, which saved me from hell, having to wait at the dealership. I also appreciated that he did not try to sell me on any services. Want to ask about other maintenance needs and their cause? He answered my questions completely and with that without hesitation. Overall, mikes professionalism, knowledge and commitment to customer service made this a fantastic experience. Mike is a great asset to the dealership.

Melissa Davis: Keyport Auto Repair was recommended to me for some electrical issues I was having with my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 which I hadn’t been able to diagnose on my own. The truck has also started to overheat. My truck is my work horse, with over 200k miles on the 5.9L Cummins, it rarely spends any time in the shop outside of regular oil changes. The first thing I appreciated about Keyport Auto is that they answer the phone! They were able to get the truck in within a day and were quick to diagnose and fix the electrical issue. The truck needed a heater hose replaced, a tie rod end repaired, front brakes were at 25% and it was due for an oil change. John was great to work with, he called me with separate estimates for work that should be done now and work that could wait. I opted to get all the work completed at once as I knew I’d be hauling horses over the winter. All work was completed in a timely manner and John called me when the truck was ready to pick up. I really appreciate the quality of work but also the great communication along the way.
