5 /5 Kelsey: Both my husband and I have recently gone into the ER at KVH for different, but serious issues and have had a wonderful experience! My husband had to have emergency surgery when he went in, while I was seen for a possible heart attack, turns out it was a severe panic attack. Though they took the full preconsions as is runs in my family and didnt make me feel like a fool or a burden for coming in for such a thing.
In both experiences, the front desk, all the nurses, doctors, EMT, imaging staff, etc, were so friendly and kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Apologizing to me for having a hard time getting an IV started in my tiny veins. It only took them 3 tries when other offices normally take a dozen or so. Not sure why so many people have had bad experiences, but I do think if you show them kindness they will always show you kindness in return. So thankful to know if I have to go back (heaven forbid) Im in good hands.
