It’s rare to find a medical facility where the entire team—from the front desk to the nurses—treats you with such kindness and professionalism. 1 /5 Love Peace: **Review of Spokane Valley Urgent Care** I recently visited Spokane Valley Urgent Care, and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon entering, I noticed there was no line, which gave me hope for a quick visit. However, the initial interaction set a negative tone for my appointment. The woman at the front desk, who wore black cat-frame glasses, did not acknowledge my presence at all. I stood there waiting while she seemed preoccupied with other tasks. It was a gentleman in the lobby who eventually prompted her to attend to me. Even then, her response was curt, as she said, "I’ll be right with you," while rolling her eyes in my direction. This behavior felt unprofessional and left me feeling dismissed. What compounded my discomfort was the unsettling feeling that my race may have played a role in her lack of courtesy. It’s disheartening to experience such treatment, especially when youre not feeling well and seeking care. Overall, my visit to Spokane Valley Urgent Care was marked by poor customer service. A welcoming and respectful environment is crucial in healthcare settings, and I hope they address these issues for the sake of future patients.

5 /5 Giovanni Peluso: Im perhaps the most resistant person on earth to receiving medical care and this clinic and its staff were able to assist me and help me despite my best efforts to avoid even walking though the door. If you need urgent care, come here, theyll take care of you. Its safe!

1 /5 Dana Macilvaine: I have been sick since before Christmas. I had to go this urgent so I could be seen today. I took off work early to go. The entire staff was kind and very empathetic. I have a 100 degree fever. My nose is completely clogged. I have a major sinus headache, especially when I bend over to my shoes I cough at night unless I sit up and I have so much building in my sinuses that my hearing in my right ear is going out. I wheeze when I breathe also. The doctor came in gave me a flu test after I told him all of my symptoms. He ordered a chest x-ray which I did there which was really quick by the way it was amazing work by the staff. He comes back into my room 10 minutes later tells me I need to take Afrin Sudafed and NyQuil and ibuprofen. He said I had influenza an and that I did not have an infection. Sent me off with no prescription of any kind. I know what I’m sick and I know when I have a sinus infection I wasted about two hours of my time going in there thinking that I was going to get some help. I called off of work at 11 thinking that someone there was going to help me. Nothing not even a flu pill or any antibiotics. I clearly have a sinus infection. Thanks for the amazing care and concern for my well-being. will never go back.
