2 /5 Nicki Webster: I used to love being a patient here. My doctor is still amazing, but theyve made some unfriendly changes. My doctor knows I have a tendency to talk a lot, but shes now been pressured to keep her patients appointments "direct and efficient" and was having to constantly shush and redirect me. Which felt impersonal and harsh. I was having a rough morning already, and honestly, this change makes me cry a little. Shes a wonderful doctor, and Ive had really good experience with staff in general. But these focal check-in areas, reduced warmth of staff due to corporate pressures, kill the vibe here. If I didnt like my doctor so much, Id switch. This was the first clinic that Id ever felt truly cared for at, and I hate that its changing. Not just for me as a patient either, I see it in the staff.
